The Post Hostel

The room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. The TV and shower were especially nice. The included breakfast is decent--don't expect a fancy buffet but it's enough to start the day. I think everything was pretty fair for the price we paid. Location is excellent with quick access to the light rail. The staff didn't always seem to know what was going on. When we checked in the lady at the desk charged us for one night without breakfast, even though we were there for 3 nights breakfast included. She corrected it but didn't seem to pass on the message immediately because we weren't on the breakfast list the next day. That being said, they were always friendly.

The bathroom/shower wasn’t separated from the beds and it was uncomfortable not making any noise while everyone was still asleep

Everything Breakfast could be a little better with fruit always have cottage cheese and better varied bread selections

The location is great ! The reception staff (one woman in particular ) were rude. When I arrived 10 before 15:00 on a Friday - there were 10 people waiting to check in. But the woman who supposed to be working then refused to help until she finished her lunch ! I didn't have my paper tourist visa, (did have my passport), and refused the VAT. The hostel is just acceptable in terms of cleanliness... The breakfast is mediocre. Unless you are staying on a Friday night -don't pay for the breakfast. On Saturday, do arrange for breakfast, since stores are closed

the whole setup looked extremely sketchy, there were guests that looked like they were homeless, the room looked super outdated, the noise from outside was unbelievable

Good location, excellent shower, clean. The bed was quite inconvenient. While the mattress itself was fine, the setup was problematic: two beds were pushed together and placed in a corner. The person sleeping by the wall had to get in and out from the foot of the bed. This would have been manageable, but there was a low footboard that made it very awkward and uncomfortable, as it got in the way and hit your legs.

To the point and easy, the receptionist were amazing in helping me with travel plans in war time. No proper shelter. A parking garage probably works but…..

Good location for walking to the Old City and Yehuda Market There was mold in the shower, and something that had splattered on the walls of my room that had not been cleaned.

All was well no dislikes everything I expected.

The cleaness of the room was very good!

For the price it provides what I need when I have nowhere to stay, place to sleep, shower and leave some of my stuff so I wouldn't have to take it with me. The staff is trying to help, but sometimes it goes beyond what they can so it's not their fault. Well, I've paid for 4 nights, but used only one, because of bureaucracy I didn't get anything back even though I've made the checkout during the window as if I was there only for one night. I've paid in advance because I was in the process of looking for an apartment for a long time and finally found one, on the first day that week. Also, somehow the 10-person room is less comfortable than the 12-person room, because it has only one sink as opposed to two. While there was a problem with the buttons in the bathroom that they couldn't fix. There was also lots of noise that night/morning but that's just bad luck.

Staff was very nice, room and facilities were comfortable and clean. Coming by car, the location was uncomfortable for me.
