The service recovery was top notch!! When i arrived, it was too early check in, but when i finally checked in, it was too late to use the outdoor roof facilities (4-9pm thereabouts). The duty manager promptly called one of the sister properties, and got me access to their facilities the next morning, thankfully!! Unfortunately, turns out it was a public holiday, so the price point was steep.

Location is excellent just next to Jiaoxi Train Station Location is good, staff are helpful and friendly . Room was a bit small for 3 people not much space for our luggages and no sofa and sitting area. Onsen inside the bathroom was good.

The breakfast room is very big and the choice of food is huge. The check in time is 3:30, no exception, we arrived at 3pm but they just won't let us check in. The reason is not our room is not ready, they are very strict to let you know it's the hotel policy?? It is not busy at all. I booked a double room with one double bed, but they actually push together two single beds with two comforters. The room is damp and has a stinky mildew smell. The light in the bathroom is flickering. There is no toilet tissue in the bathroom, although they have the bidet toilet seat. When I travel in Japan, almost every toilet has the bidet toilet seat, but toilet paper is always provided too. The washroom in the lobby floor is dirty and toilet paper overflow from the garbage bin.

Our room was nice. We love the hotspring tub. Extra bonus point for the automated toilet seat with bidet. I just wish they have onsite washer and dryer. The nearby laundromart is about 3-5mins walking. The breakfast spread was okay. Free parking lots are available. Their staffs were helpful when i requested extra towel for my kid. There are outdoor hotspring at the rooftop. But i didnt got time to try.

The lady in charge of the hot spring is very helpful. Private carpark was good. Bed a bit soft. But some may like it.

Staff was very friendly and approachable. They were also very kind to assist when my aged parent accidentally broke a glass. Superb service.

It is so close to the train station. You should take the train operated by the Taiwan Railroad and the station will stop right in the town and you get out and one and a half block is the hotel. They did not allow early check in and the room will not be ready till 3 pm

Great variety for breakfast, hotspring in room tub huge and comfortable, bed is comfortable. Love the toilet Facilities, roof top hotspring jacuzzi no clear instruction. Maybe improve at the outdoor foot bath, mosquito control.

Very large and comfortable room space, in-room spring pool, and a very good sleeping bed. Check-in time is sticked at 15:30
