The in room hot spring tub was superb! Very accommodating to our kiddo. Laundromat within walking distance too.

I booked 2 rooms, the double room was a bit small, quard room very spacious. The place is clean. The hot spring bath was good. We enjoyed it.

Staff are very responsive to requests. They explain the terms clearly and are very friendly. No bidet and the toilet paper are hung in a position that’s hard to reach.

Very nice hotel - the in room hot spring bath was amazing! Breakfast was lovely - you get to choose what you would like from a list provided each morning and can have this in your room or in the restaurant/cafe area. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Nothing.
