The self check in and payment with the issuing of the room access card was easy - even if not speaking Chinese. The rooms are well ventilated and large with huge windows that can open but have screens to keep out the mosquitos. The spa tub in the bathroom an added bonus. The beds were comfy. Enjoyed my stay. Well located, close to cool restaurants and the springs

If you have the opportunity to book a room with a mountain view, the hotspring bath faces the mountain. There are screens on all the windows that you can open to have fresh air without fear of mosquitos. The staff person Jay Jay is really exceptional and helped me with my check in and to pay as I only speak english. It is not right in the middle of downtown but very close to walk to the hotspring public area and walking just a bit further you can easily reach the downtown area that has a night market and is very busy in the evenings where you can eat delicious locally made foods in Jiaoxi. During hotspring season if you wish to stay for a long term, it is best to book in advance as the mountain view rooms are usually sold out due to their popularity!

Clean, large room with a great hotspring bath and a great view of the mountains behind. Very convenient location in a town full of convenience stalls and food shops, and a ~10 minute walk from the train station.

The location is the best and most satisfactory reason for me to book this place the next reason is the in room hot springs The face towels were torn and the bathtub was small and the shower was even smaller. The machine only issued one room card so we had to stick together.

It’s clean and spacious. Although it’s self check in style, in other words, no reception, but it’s quite easy to contact the personnel when we need help. I can hear quite noisy sound when the next room turn on the tap. It takes quite a long time to fill the pool (around an hour).
