I liked that the cheking in process was quick and convenient and the hotels location is a huge plus especially if you want entertainment. Not much.

I loved that it felt like I had my own apartment, right near the event I needed to be at! Great to have a separate bedroom and the kitchen had everything I needed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful—would definitely book again. There is a supermarket right across the street so it was nice to not have to rely on eating out for every meal.

Pleasant staff. Attractive layout -- rooms and courtyards At first they couldn't get a card-key that worked on my door. My room was a long way from the reception and at night the lighting between the reception and my room was very dim, making the walk precarious. When I ordered room service, although only a sandwich, it took a long time to come, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong sandwich, but I accepted it rather than reorder.

A nice room with a kitchenette. Comfortable bed and good linens. Good WiFi and a good breakfast room. The Rosebank mall is right across the street for shopping and restaurants. We didn’t like the bathtub.
