The was a rat on my room, they had to move be to another room. When I get there the AC wasn't working. I had to request for tea and coffee refill3

The front desk staff was very helpful and amazing It wasn't clean, not recommended for family. Bathrooms were not comfortable. No heaters but to use Aircon which were not fully functional.

Room squashed. Carpet filthy. Towels very old and lost color. The 4 star doesn't fit and incorrect. Hotel entrance could be better, swept. We were about ordering food. Cleanliness better towels , clean rooms.

Electricity - The plugs were outdated, with no USB ports. The power went off during the night, without backup lighting for the room or the passage. We had to use our phones for lighting. Dining Area - Went to heat my food around 20h00 and was told to use the microwave in the dining area. There were about 4/5 visible mouse glue traps around the microwave area. Some of the mice caught in these traps were still moving. The whole experience was very disgusting. Bathrobes - Two were provided in the hanging cupboard. Although this was a nice gesture, they looked old/tattered. One of them had a visible stain on the shoulder. TV - The TV remote was not working properly, despite informing the reception/ maintenance staff, it was not resolved. The TV had only two uninteresting channels.

The receptionist never tell us that breakfast was included in our syay6 The receptionist was extremely rude to me I had visitors over when I was checking in she told me they are not allowed I was on a call with a family member she kept listening to our conversation and replaying and I should tell them not to come and see me she's really rude I will never everrr stay in palm continental I've traveled all the way from Durban just for that no wayyyy

The menu for room service needs to be modernized and better offerings, tv does not have Netflix service, what are guests expected to watch? Shower water is cold be it morning or evenings, meals are not value for money as nobody provides breakfast nor does staff inform guests on how the hotel works, facilities advertised are not available such as the indoor pool
