The staff seems not that welcome me, especially in the restaurant, they left be behind, often, I talk to staff and they suddenly talk to other and left me there without any help

Very cold and bad lighting. Air con heater helped a little. Open bathroom - no door which makes it cold in winter.

The hotel is very close to the airport. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I paid $22 for a shuttle through Booking.com. It turned out the shuttle runs every few minutes for free. I do not know what I paid extra for.

It smelt of air freshener The lighting was very dim My shower was poor and flooded the bathroom floor making it slippery and unsafe Even though I phoned for the airport shuttle I had to wait for two to come and go before I got a seat even though I was first in line and had phoned

The Premier Hotel staff were very gracious and helpful; the food was quite good and being very near the airport without hearing ANY noise was delightful. My single complaint: the overall lighting in my room [and the dining room] was quite dim, though the comfort and atmosphere was very pleasant.

The airport shuttle could not accommodate all guests of the hotel who were waiting at the airport. My husband had to wait +30 minutes to take the next shuttle. Lights in the room were dim - they could've been brighter. Beds were small, not queen size.

Close for business meetings around the Airport . My Suite was spacious and comfortable. Room heating worked and room service was punctual . The shower and bathroom spacious and clean . I have stayed here many times for business visits. Restaurant lighting & room lighting too dim
