Location was prefect. Easy access to everywhere. The bed is kind of old. Its still comfortable tbough jus that it creaks.

Location is convenient, just 10 mins from the JB CIQ. Buffet spread was quite extensive. Bed was comfortable. Cutlery and toiletries provided. Room was quite clean. Staff was not very helpful- asked for an extra pillow at about 1030pm, staff sounded annoyed but said ok, but pillow never came. Asked staff on advice on what time to leave hotel for checkpoint, all 3 staff at the counter were unsure and unable to advise us. Inadequate power sockets in the room- only had 1 bedside table, the other side of the king sized bed had no bedside table nor power socket. There was a usb C connector on the power socket on that one side of the bed, but it was not functioning. Water purifier was very noisy throughout the night- we turned it off. Some of the toilet lights not working. Property is quite noisy at night despite being on quite a high floor. Think it was an ok stay, but for the price point, think there may be better hotels available.

Spacious, clean No mineral water, only water dispenser provided in room which makes too much noise and needed to be turned off. Breakfast buffet with no coffee machine or at least proper Americano available, only kopi kampung are provided. Not a good way to start the day.

Recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Other amenities like Wi-Fi and room service worked as expected. Overall, I found the hotel, good value for the price and would consider staying again in the future.

Was served by counter staff Anisha who gave us a free upgrade to a twin suite as I requested for a higher floor. Breakfast on first day (30 March) was not very satisfactory but breakfast on Hari Raya was good. There is a cafe downstairs which has quite good food and coffee as well. Rooms are comfortable and clean but still hear the cars zooming past loudly at night. Overall, will come back again ?

- Property considered quite clean and super spacious and there was also alkaline water dispenser! Additionally, there’s convenience store in the hotel. Love the room service too and near the hotel was really lively, there’s a supper area and doesn’t feel too scary to walk back at night. - Breakfast choices quite a lot -Went back to the hotel at 1am, the hallway lights to our room was too dim, felt a little scary for me. Could be brighter as my room was like all the way at the end of the alley. - Front desk counter (Lynda) was not very friendly and not welcoming at all. - Toilet door was creaking too much.
