Everything was terrible — you couldn’t find anything worse! We had to stay there due to certain circumstances, but I would never wish to experience that again.

The location is perfect It was extremely hot throughout the property. There was no air conditioning in the elevator or even at the reception. People were always sweating, and they only used fans, which made it quite uncomfortable. Also, the internet wasn’t working at all during my two-day stay. When I contacted reception, they said they wouldn’t change my room and that it would be fixed—but it never was. I even missed an important meeting because of this.

Price is good for tourist who came to see around and uses hotel only for sleeping. Location is good. Some staff are very nice (Suleiman was very nice ) and another young guy also was good (I think name is Ufuk), but some of them kinda rude. Cute swimming pools. In general quiet , cute , comfortable hotel for fair pay. Cleaning - it is was dirty under the bed. One day when we are back we found out slippers in two different places even though housekeeping came. After cleaning the room still the under the bed and cabinets all were still with dirt everywhere. Seems like they did not touch those areas for a long time. Property seems very old and needs maintenance in the rooms : electrics , washroom, and cabinets. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms and everywhere is only chemicals (for hand wash or body wash), I had allergy when I tried to use it, so I bought my own shampoo and etc. Internet: I was told upon checkin that this room has good internet, but indeed no internet connection in my room . I was having my data so I did not complain. No proper information upon arrival about dining times and beach hours or transfer.

We booked this hotel for going to The Land of Legends Theme Park in Balek, Antalya. The hotel is about 1.5km away from the park. We can see the hotel high in the air from most of the rides in the park. So, it was a good location for us. It's like an abandoned place. Defo you will see it was a prestigious place once as you would see in the pictures. But, now it's not at all busy. The swimming pool and other facilities are not in use. While we stayed, it was also used for camp for the ambulance crew. So, there were a lot of paramedics and ambulances in the premises. Rooms were average, but facilities were good for us to stay a couple of days.

It was awful at all. I emailed the hotel three weeks ago before I came, but they did not reply. Dirty hotel, very bad food, luker not working, phone not working, bathroom and shower has a promblem and water was warm not hot, very bad bed mattress, dirty floor, no glasses to drink, no proper facilities. I really suffered in this hotel.

Personal, food everything was nice

There was nothing to like about this hotel Mildew in the shower, could not open the window to balcony, refrigerator didn't work, didn't accept my visa card which was working in the air port; dinner the first night was not good; staff forgot about ordering taxi for me on the day of departure, so was late getting to the airport.

None Not clean, spider webs in the rooms and bees. No internet in the room, everyone has to gather at the lobby for internet

Everything was abosolutely trash.

Nice clean room. Friendly and hardworking staff. Full meals package. Spa services, 3 outdoor swimming pools. Close to the beach with transfer every hour. Good quality at reasonable price.

good location, staff was awesome elevators were broken for 2 days, I lived on the 5th floor. every day I had to walk up and down the stairs

Just Furkan the receptionist,nothing else at all. Starting with arrival, I informed the hotel in advance that I might arrive early and they told me that it's completely fine and my room will be ready,even after I arrived later than what we expected my room wasn't ready and I had to wait for almost 45 minutes and in the end the room that they give me was awful, wasn't really clean dust every where, USED CONDOMS under the bed !! The toilet was disgusting and the shower was broken, and when I informed the reception they got angry at me .

nothing !!! I really say that this hotel is not really worth it. Compared to the number of rooms, it has very little space. The elevator is hardly empty. During breakfast, it is difficult to find an empty seat or even breakfast!!! During the check-in, they charged us 20 liras more for no reason!!! Overall, I was not at all satisfied with this hotel.

Foods and breakfast weren’t delicious. The variety of them were minimum. But the stuffs were very helpful and polite. The rooms and hotel were very old fashioned. They need a fundamental renovation. Bathroom wasn’t good at all.

Umut was brilliant, helped us a lot with translation and with our circumstances but was a good kind guy! basic hotel, cheap but Umut was the best ?
