It would have been useful to have the option to complete some of the check in ahead of time eg submitting passport photos for all the guests.

This was a fantastic accommodation experience that exceeded expectations, with large and clean hotel rooms. Self service check-in, fully equipped with washing machines, microwaves, refrigerators, stoves, and dining tables. I only started choosing a hotel after arriving at Kagoshima Chuo Station and accidentally chose this one. Later on, I realized that the location of this hotel was very good, just a walk from the planetarium. You will experience how convenient it is to be close to the planetarium. I will choose this place again next time I come to Kagoshima.

The Checkin and Check out procedure is simple and convenient.The location and Room is very excellent. The manual for electric is improvement.The price of room is quite high.

More space than most accommodation in Japan. Room to move. Contemporary with a great lounge/kitchen area. Good facilities. Great for a family. An easy walk to some awesome restaurants. No lift, but not a dealbreaker.

Overall good standard of accomodation, representing good value. Had a room on bottom floor that had road noise unfortunately.

Huge room, even had a sofa area and kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in, 5 minute walk to the centre. Paid parking is available one street over, 800 yen per 24 hours. N/A

We had a great time in that confortable, modern and nice appartment. The beds were perfect also. everything (equipment, silence, location,...) were great. I recommend it. Not enough daylight coming inside the appart.

Location is good, especially with kids due to the giant park next door. Also the combini is close so that is really helpful. We have stayed at a couple of the grandbase hotels and both times we have had really noisy people upstairs. I dont know if it is thin floors or just really bad luck

Excellent value for the price. Traveled as a group of 4. Stayed in the Superior room with 2 large double beds. The hotel doesn't offer parking but there are 3 coin parking locations within a 2 minute walk. Average was 700 yen for overnight parking. Big screen TV with Netflix and YouTube ready to go. Wi-Fi was excellent. In-room tablet was in a perpetual "reboot" mode the whole 3 days we were there. Not really an issue if you have your own smartphones/tablet. Bath function a bit tricky to use. Make sure you turn on the water heater which is near your entrance door first and then play with the faucet/controls in the actual bathroom until you get the hang of it.
