Great location with fantastic view of Meteora. Plenty of parking! The extra cost for the pool and gym.

It was clean Very barebones and the staff were bored. The sheets didn’t fit over the mattress. And the massage at the spa felt like they were rushing thru and had never been trained and the breakfast buffet was full of food that had been sitting out for hours.

Is not a 5 start propety. Cheap furniture. Bad service tv not working. Paid for a sute. Nice size bad cheap furniture frudge thar nake noise need ti disconect Booking is rating a 3 start hotel as a 5 start hotel

Wonderful views of Meteora rocks from the room. Conveniently located. This isn’t a five star hotel! outdated decor, thin walls with no sound proofing, poor lighting, small shower, no facilities (pool closed, small gym costs an additional 5 euro), breakfast was only ok.

Nice property. Larger than many in that area. It seems like they cater to the bus tour groups a lot.

Location was great! Staff friendly and helpful. The shower is very difficult to keep water in as there is only a half wall glass and a hand held shower that is installed at mid side tub. No caulk between glass and tile. Can see by door that others have had this problem as well.

Good view and good location. Terrible breakfast. Very little choice. Most of the food is inedible. Very old hotel in need of renovation. Rooms are very dark with no lighting. Linen is very thin and scratchy. Would’ve expected more for a 5 star hotel. It feels more of a 3 star than a 5 star.

Very polite, friendly staff. Good location, close to Meteora. I would rate it as 4-star, based on the overall room condition. Swimming pool, gym, etc. facilities, had an extra charge??? What use is staying at a hotel with a swimming pool and a gym, if there is an extra charge for paying guests? The breakfast is definitely not 5-star, it is very basic, mass-tourism-hotel.

Superb location, great facilities and friendly staff. Was there off season so was quiet but i can imagine the hotel and general area is crazy busy in peak season. Plenty of car parking space. Breakfast was excellent! Beautifully decorated interior and a comfy bed! Being charged extra to use the pool/wellness area. Happy to pay for extra services or treatments obviously but to pay extra for just the pool is a bit much. Shower in room is over bath rather than shower unit.
