The premises was clean, the bathrooms were very modern and inviting. It was genuinely good value for money. The colors and the decor were very uplifting... it generally has a good energy. The fluctuation in pricing of certain food items, you paid one price for a certain meal, the next day the price would change. Likewise one day there is a buffet for breakfast, the next day it was menu based. That left an impression of non professionalism, such scenarios should be mitigated so that the experience of the guest is consistent. Secondly, there were different hospitality standards with regards to the different services. The front desk was exceptional, the manager there was polite consistent and always checked up on guests. The restaurant staff all displayed the same level of hospitality. However, the coffee shop was very poor in that regard. Most of my meetings were held there, at times we were just ignored, often we had to call for someone to assist. This leaves a bad impression for people visiting the premises

I liked hotel cleaning ,staffs I didn't like how guests are handled by front office manager called Kamara ,she was running after guests asking for extra money that it's VAT 18% which was even included in the total room prices .management should work together with there booking agents to rectify this not asking guests
