It was clean and cozy inside. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Very kind staff, a lot of amenities, clean, good price, location near a bus station (15-20 minutes by bus to the main train station). They provide new towels, tea, coffee, etc. every day. There were also toothbrushes and razors in the bathroom. Everything one needs for the stay. The double bed is really small for two people. We are both quite slim and still had problems sleeping. Someone who needs more space around might be in trouble here.

The breakfast was pretty good, as well as the place and the staff were really nice. A little far from the station. It's like a 25 ride with bus, but when you are traveling with suitcases it can be a little tiresome.

The staff, as almost everywhere in Japan, is very polite but has difficulty with communicating in English. Way too expensive for what one actually gets. The facility was old, not particularly clean and the location somewhat far from anything: either local attractions or restaurants, bars or cafes.

The kimonos that they offer to the guests and the traditional breakfast. The property is old and the smelling of the rooms are so bad.

Bed was huge. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean. Far from the Kanazawa station, hotel is old but well maintained. It was a bit pricey.

Great location. Good size rooms. Parking. Great staff Rooms smelt smoky even though on a non smoking floor. Think it needs new curtains and carpet to get out smoke smell

The room has many amenities and a hair dryer. In the room, it has tea (powder), cup, and a kettle to prepare the tea, but no spoon to mix it.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. It was about a half a mile from the city/restaurants.... The beds were very stiff and made my back hurt - the pillows weren’t much better.
