In a great location to see all the sights. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Shared facilities were very clean. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. When we checked out, we were able to store our bags for a few hours while we went sightseeing. And when we needed to go to the train station, a staff member tried calling a taxi for us but when it was going to take too long to arrive, he found one on the street for us! So kind of him to help us! Nothing...our stay was perfect.

Best way for a stop in lovely Kanazawa. Everything was super clean. We were welcomed very friendly. Thanks again for your help. Sweet neighbourhood. Perfect for a morning run. Easy to walk to 21st Century Museum and parks, gardens. Also everything you need around the corner. Super restaurants aswell.

Although it was an additional cost: the sauna, hot bath and cold bath on the top floor were amazing. In a great location for exploring the Korinbo and Nagamachi districts. The rooms are very cosy. Staff were really welcoming and polite.

Very comfortable, clean and nice hotel, near the main attractions from Kanazawa. The receptionist was very kind and helped us to deliver our luggages to the next destination, which we appreciated a lot. If you want to use the sauna facilities, make sure you book in advance. We fully recommend this hotel. Thank you very much for the kindness.

Small cozy hotel in quiet street close to lively area with restaurants and bars. Walking distance to Samurai district and other amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shared toilet and showers, both kept very clean. Access to sauna which was nice after walking the whole day. No lift, only stairs. Beds very comfi.

Owners were friendly Shower was good with space to dress with privacy. Glass is covered with bubble-plastic for privacy. Wall was damaged. Lamp was damaged. Noisy street with zero soundproofing. Feels like maintenance is not being kept up to date. Value for money simply isn't there.

It's definitely good for some insta photos, and the location is great for sightseeing and really comes alive at night. There were really cool food places nearby too. Overall the staff was super accommodating and the hotel provides good value. It is a little confusing what you can use as a guest and the spa is not included. Who can use what facilities is not clear and there is no information shared in your room in English.
