How nice it was and how close it was to most of the major attractions

Comfortable beds, appreciates the tea & hot water. The bathroom had a smell of urine & mildew. Taking the bus from the station was a little confusing.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Lots of great places to eat close by. Close to bus stops to get around Kanazawa. But the location was a bit rough: a bit much sex industry activity for my wife's tastes. Just a block or 2 towards Omachi Market and the location improves immensely

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Great view. Had a couch had a table and a nice coffee/refrigerator stand. I'd have liked a gym room.

The location, so close to the main attractions and gardens, just near the samurai neighborhood the cleanliness, the comfortable beds, the clean and modern bathroom, the nice people in the reception, they helped me to book a restaurant in Saint Valentines. It was a perfect stay in Kanazawa for a really good price. In europe this hotel would cost hundreds of € per night. Nothing.

The location was in a busy central location, but too far from the train station to walk. Nice walks along the river and plenty of restaurants close by, but most needed a reservation. Walkable to art centers and temples Room a bit small

Location, location, location, and the friendliness of Tada and the other reception staff. The beds were really comfy and the view was amazing overlooking the river and mountains. Prices skyrocketed due to the weekend to a point were they were tripled for no particular reason reason. It is irrational to charge (indicatively) $60/night and on Sat to charge $180 for one night.

Good location to stay in Kanazawa. Hotel was modern and clean. We couldn’t book breakfast because it was fully booked. But we found some nice coffees around too. So no big problem.

The location was amazing and the staff were helpful No complaint here, there was no issue occurring during our stay. We were a group of three and everyone was comfortable in the room provided.

The hotel seems to be quite new and as such everything felt clean and nice. Each room had dehumidifiers available which is always a plus for me. The location is quite busy at night but the rooms were outstandingly quiet. I liked this location, we basically walked everywhere. The amenities were simple. It was perfect for what we needed and for the price we paid but, I don’t think this is a 3 star hotel. Maybe 2.5 if there is such a thing.
