The location is great!

The hotel is in a great location near Kanazawa Station, and the room was clean and comfortable and guests can enjoy free tea and coffee in the lobby.

Hotel is a bit far from Kanazawa station by foot, but right next to Omicho market and had convenience stores within 5min walk distance. Close to Kanazawa castle. Staff were decently multilingual, the lobby had good amenities (free hot tea/coffee/loaned umbrellas, paid washing machine), the entire facility from lobby to rooms were very clean. The doubles rooms were a bit cramped in terms of overall space but pretty standard for the standard 11-12m2 hotel room. Double beds were quite comfortable for 2. A multi-head (lightning, type c, micro usb) charger was in each of the rooms with jap plug - very thoughtful as otherwise travelers will need to buy their own adaptor head. Lobby/rooms had no smoke smell, rooms/bathrooms were very clean, toiletries are self-serve (good lotions). Quiet and good location. 100% recommend. Nothing.

The location was great. Good coffee in the lobby. Although our room was small, it was comfortable and very clean. Staff were very helpful.

I booked two rooms for a very cheap price compared to other hotel. The decor throughout was lovely, the room is clean and well maintained, near to attraction such as the Omicho Market, Kanazawa Castle Park etc. We were able to leave our luggage after checked out and the staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Kanazawa. Nothing comes to mind

Good location close to bus stops, convenience stores and tourist attractions. A nice reception with a very friendly staff. Water dispenser on our floor was great. The room had anything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. A bit small room when you have 2 suitcases, but manageable.

The location is quite good, about 20-minutes walk from Kanazawa station, and near the famous local market. While we stayed there for 3 days, we walked everywhere, did not use bus this time. The AC works fine for the space or you can open the window slightly if you want to change air. Bathroom is just okay and it's clean. The matress is quite nice. I could sleep really well. The free coffee you can get around reception area is great. It made our days happy every morning. The room was not spacious. If you have suitcases, it would be hard to manage them in the room. Probably the space is not enough to get relax. If you like to eat something in the room, it would make mess. Not much space to put plates and cups. Fridge is very small. TV is not a smart TV so just local TV channels are available. Just use free Wi-Fi to watch Youtube on your devices.

The pillow was too soft to sleep. No other type can be chosen.
