We had a wonderful stay the room was well organized with all the features you need. The owner was very generous to help us navigate the area and even set out umbrellas for us on a rainy day. We would highly recommend

So comfortable. Incredible attention to detail and very accommodating. A really beautiful stay that we would come back to. The host was very kind and thorough in his explanation of all the stay had to offer and what he recommended to do and eat in Kanazawa. Overall our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Nothing

We loved our stay. Great place.

Our host was amazing! Extremely hospitable and easy to talk to. He gave us various recommendations to explore within Kanazawa. Our room was cozy and comfortable for two people. I loved the tatami mat section of the room as well. I wish we stayed here longer! We had booked the Superior Family Room for our overnight stay, but I wish we went with the Deluxe Family Room instead! Access to a washing machine being the main reason for this decision. If we had spent more time in Kanazawa, we would have stayed here for 2 or 3 nights in the Deluxe Family Room!

Best of all, for the price we paid, this was a great deal. In Tokyo or Kyoto these rooms would easily be twice the price if not more. Easy walking distance from the train, and to the main sights as well. Highly recommend.

Room was extremely small

The design of everything in the hotel, our room and the incredible hospitality from the staff. Our host was impeccable. Loved it completely.
-
A bit pricey compares to other places we stayed in considering there's no breakfast included but really didn't not bother as much. The beautiful and quaint town made up for it!
-
Clean, well-located and overall a great place to stay while exploring Kanazawa!

The host was extremely gracious and helpful during our stay.
-
Meticulously clean, beautifully decorated, safe and very secure. Well equipped. First rate host. Highly recommend. Unique touches.
-
Very comfortable and clean. Nice to have washing machine in room.

The location to the Kanazawa station was great and we loved that it was tucked into the neighborhood and not on a busy street. This apartment style hotel was unique and only had 5 rooms. The host was very nice and spoke great English. He greeted almost every time we went in and out of the building. He even had little Japanese souvenirs for us and the kids. The shutters on the sliding doors were fantastic and allowed us to sleep in. N/A

Beautifully decorated room.

Wonderful experience. The room was very spacious and clean. The owner spoke great English and was super helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient area.

Only stayed for two nights, and missing it already! I had the most wonderful time, the owner was extremely helpful, and we had a couple friendly talks (he was very patient and kind with my limited Japanese! ?)
-
The host was very friendly and spoke excellent English. He took the time to explain how everything worked. He had a book that explained everything in the room and walked us through everything from the door lock to the washing machine. The room has a blend of Japanese and Western style that leans more Japanese. Everything was perfect, in our opinion, and we would highly recommend it.

Great modern ryokan. Conveniently located. Owner was very sweet and explicative. Loved our stay here

The accomodation is in a very quiet and peaceful part of town. Things are very clean and new, room is Japanese style low to the floor but beds are raised. There are a lot of electronics, window shutters to make the room dark, controls for bath, shower, toilet, ventilation etc. There's a book to translate the controls written in Japanese. There's no breakfast nor is the place continually staffed but the owner who speaks English is around quite a lot and is very helpful. Short, peaceful walk to the fish market and sites Nothing
