Very good

Good location. My room was upgraded to a larger non smoking room so it was larger than the room I had booked. Very thankful that the manager was willing to do this. Small sign which I did not see pointing to the lift in the carpark so you don't have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Less than 5 minutes walk to Kanazawa station and the bed and room was comfortable. The front desk receptionist were very nice. Also very close to many restaurants around the area. The price was great as well for one night.

There was a massage chair near the front desk. I just parked myself there for about 30 mins on both days of my stay to recover from the marathon walking that Tokyo demands. They also get lonely catered to my dietary needs and made me breakfast the next morning outside of the menu. The proximity to the station cannot be beat. It took me a while to figure out the air con.

The location is exceptional. It's just within 2 minutes walking distance from Kanazawa Station. The room is standard but clean and has basic amenities. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and delicious. The socket location is a bit inconvenient (only available near the bathroom door). The toilet has no bidet function.

A family-run, older-style hotel, just steps from Kanazawa Station. Basic rooms, yet clean with comfy bed. Great value and an excellent location. Great price, value, and location.

The staff was very nice and super helpful. As it was crowded on Sunday morning the lady prepared me a scrumptious Japanese-style breakfast all to myself one hour later, when it was nice and quiet. In my room I found a kettle already filled with water and delicious matcha teabags ready. The room was very quiet, I could set the AC to the right temperature and the small bathroom was more than enough. Though it was a single bedroom, I could easily open both my big suitcases and there was polenta of space in the drawers to store my clothes. My luggage was heavy but the elevator opens right in the covered parking lot at ground level. No need to ask for a key, you can get to your floor day and night. Better book in advance, I wanted to stay in my convenient single room one more night but it was all booked.

Convenient, spacious, clean, cheap. A few minutes from the train station. A bit old and rusty, but nothing too bad

Close to the station Staff went out of their way to help us find a solution to the extremely high step into the bathroom Lift in garage meant we didn't have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to reception Definitely not a 2 star hotel. The whole place had smells, corridors and rooms were old and worn. Step into the bathroom was over a foot high. Bathroom was worn and grubby. This was not up to the standards we have come to expect in japan. I cannot recommend when there are other cheaper hotels which are much nicer.

Hotel is so close to the train and bus station. Very easy to get around to main attractions in town. Lots of eateries close by, as well as 7 elements and a large mall up the road. Family who own the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

the best location, the best price (super cheap), great room, and the nicest staff I have ever met!! the two sisters at the front desk literally couldn’t be nicer, kinder, and more helpful. they made my stay really memorable and I had a lot of fun just chatting with them every day and getting lots of tips. I really can’t praise them enough.

Very close to the train station. Easy check in. I arrived around 10am, and the room was ready and the staff let me in. There is an elevator, so. Rey helpful when you have luggage. The room is in good size. Although it was basic, it has everything I need.

Close to the train station and easy to make a walking tour of the sights in the city. An umbrella may be borrowed during rain. Luggage can be left after check out and picked up at agreed time later. There indeed isn't a washlet there. During heavy rain opening the window may result in water coming in to the room and on the bedding.

Excellent quality for the low price. Room is basic, but clean. Fine location only 3 minutes walk from Kanazawa station. Counter staff is nice and helpful. Mostly all good.
