Kanazawa 旅音

The location was fantastic, close to the train station, but far enough that it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were also very friendly and helpful! They held my bags for me when I arrived early so I did not have to carry them all around the city. The room was spacious and confer table. I will stay here again! Some of the hallways and the stairs did not have any carpet or wood, was was just plain concrete. I thought this was odd, but did not really bother me. The room was carpeted and comfortable.

It was centrally located which was amazing to get around the city but also arrival and departure from the main station. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was great. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area

Not too far from Kanazawa station, very value for money. No bidet function in the toilet, toilet was small.

Budget. Close to Kanazawa Station with many amenities. Old. And no dryer except washing machine at common area. We walk to 24H laundromat.

None My flight was delayed, and I messaged to the owner, then they asked me to check in by myself and to sent the photo of my passport that I sent the passport within 10mins, and then, the owner was gone and never replied me at that time. And made me have to find a hotel at the night. Amazing bad customer service.

The location value for money would suit families The bed was very low hard to get up from ( maybe to old this )

Spacious room. A bit noisy at night. Young hotel guests in the next room returned drunk at 3:30am and made a lot of noise in the corridor, room is not sound proof.

Located very close to Kanazawa Station, it can easily be reached by foot. There is a konbini close by when you're feeling peckish. The accomodation has stairs and an elevator in case you are travelling with big luggage. The beds are low, but it is advertised as a traditional room. The bathroom is a unit bath but it's fairly new and big enough for a stay that lasts a few days. There was a layer of dust on the television. Also said television sometimes randomly turned off and back on again.

Luggage deposit Dirty.The room still had socks left by the previous tenant, hair on the floor, bugs on the wall, and an unpleasant smell in the room.

The staff was super friendly! Located 5mins from the station it is in a very convenient location, a 7-Eleven ist also on the way there. The room was spacious and bigger than most hotel rooms are for solo travellers. Situated in a smaller side street, there are numerous restaurants and bars - it can be a little louder outside, but businesses close around midnight so sleep won't be disturbed. Some corners were cut with cleaning, e.g. there was a thick layer of dust on the television and fridge.

the staff was very friendly. they contacted me after my stay informing me that I had forgotten my headphones and mailed them to me very quickly.
