location and inhouse parking Couldnt control the room temperature. Had to open the window to get sufficient ventilation. Was not able to get a comfortable sleep due to lack of air-conditioning in the room.

The hotel was very accomodating with great staff. The room was spacious for three adults with comfortable beds. The location was central and easy to walk to most tourist destinations. There did not appear to be any way to contol the air temperature in the room. Though it is winter and cold, the room felt too hot and stuffy with three adults.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff were helpful The floor (10th) smells like an old casino. Thankfully we could crack the window to get fresh air. They really need to use an air scrubber to clean the rooms on this floor because it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Beds were very comfortable and clean though. We slept well. The breakfast alone made it worth staying here. It’s also very conveniently located

The area was noisy. The shower curtain was not large enough and led to water being all over the bathroom. The TV only had access to to local stations and the AC did not get cold enough.

Nice place right in the center of town. The staff was very attentive and the service was very good. The room was spacious. The pillows were about the worst I've ever encountered. They were hard and flat. This is a smallish detail but matters so much for having a good night sleep. This is my only complaint abou the hotel, but honestly the pillows are horrible.
