I really like the spacious room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was really delicious. The cleaning room service every day. There was a cute Japanese pajamas for my 5yo daughter, she was really happy.

I would put this hotel in the luxury category. Wonderful beds, modern room and amenities , spacious and clean. We stayed in the junior suite with a city view. Plenty of room for a family of 3. Separate closet which is a rarity in Japanese hotel rooms. The breakfast was delicious and every hotel employee was helpful and went above and beyond in service. We also used the onsen which was also very clean and relaxing. The location was perfect. Near to the castle grounds, gardens, food market, shopping and samurai historic neighborhood. Close to a bus stop where it was a quick bus ride to geisha district and art museum. Don’t hesitate in booking this hotel. Everything was great.

Really good location that was close by many attractions and easy to walk to Geisha district, Kanazawa castle, and other areas. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice Onsen. Could use more dimmable lights in rooms like other Mitsui locations.

The staff are excellent and their graciousness exceeded expectation. Breakfast: delicious selection of Japanese foods at morning buffet. Appreciated that food items changed each day and were presented in small dishes — Pretty appearance, minimizes waste, and speeds up the buffet line. The hotel was in a great location close to many of the attractions. The floor in the public bath area was a little slippery. There was a slight odor in the bath area that could have benefited from a good scrubbing.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! Helpful and friendly. Loved the breakfast buffet. So many wonderful foods. We ate dinner there one night and enjoyed that also. The hotel was clean, staff helpful and location was just right. It would have been nice to check in a little early. They seemed to tell everyone no.

Short walk to the subway, fabulous and plentiful breakfast and coffee. Great selection of toiletries and free aroma therapy patches and face masks.
