10 minutes walk to the train station. Very new, modern facility. Sleep on tatami mat floor. Excellent shower. Free laundry. Strong Wi-Fi. Large TV. Excellent location and check in using codes. It's a tight fit for four people but fine if you're not spending a lot of time inside. Essentially it's a large room that doubles as both the bedroom and living room depending on what you do with the floor mattresses that fold up.

Clean and great location

Very good location. Close to JR Kanazawa, Oumi Market, walking distance to Kanazawa Castle and Kenrok En.

Brand new. Very clean, easy to find and great location near train station and short walk to Omicho market.

The location was conveniently located from the main transport hubs at Kanazawa Station, as well as being close to the loop bus stops and a short walk from the fish market. Finding and accessing the room was easy, as was the check in process. As informed by the hotel, we left our luggage outside the room prior to check in and the staff were fantastic, moving all the luggage into the room for us. The room was truly spacious, allowing for easy storage of luggage and access throughout the space. The room was presented in a clean and tidy manner and was reasonably stocked. These are minor gripes, but there was a slight but noticeable unpleasant odour in the room upon arrival, which dissipated over the first couple of days of the stay. It would have been nice to have had the bins cleaned up on a regular basis automatically without having needed to instigate a request. The kitchen area was a little smaller than we would have liked, but since we didn't do much cooking during our stay, this was not a major inconvenience.

Good location. Spacious and very clean room. Great experience sleeping on futons No breakfast is provided and no staff on site. There is a lack of storage space for clothes and suitcase

Very small dirty room. One towel a guest, and one pillow per guest. Don't want to use kitchen due to how small everything is. Bad location. Better to stay south where most restaurants, museums, and shopping are.

Its clean, well equipment, cozy, love the tatami section, nice ambience, check-in and check-out process is seamless.

Lovely apartment with with mostly everything we needed. The convenient location to the train station, castle and gardens was a big plus. It was clean and updated. Our family spent 5 nights there and loved it. Could’ve used more eating bowls but that was about it.

It was big enough for a family of 5! It was so incredibly clean! Very luxurious and a great price! Nothing, everything was absolutely great!!

An excellent option for a group - very spacious with all the important elements provided. The room was huge, and we even had a dining space, a Japanese tatami room, a kitchen, and a very spacious bathroom. I'd always choose this place for its family-friendly design, a great location for Kanazawa station, as well as a pleasant stroll to other central places in Kanazawa.

The dryer seemed to take forever

The location is very clean, and the amenities are complete. I would definitely use the same property when I return.

It is pertect for families with children. The kitchen is well appointed.

Beautiful touches all through the apartment, we loved the layout and family sleeping arrangement. Lovely art on walls, tasteful decor and very nice consumable products available to use. Nothing :)

Great appartemnt, nicely decorated, with all necessary items. The checkout and check in time (in that order). 10 am is very early for leaving the appartment. Not to mention that 16:00 is quite late for getting in.
