The bed was too soft and the pillow was too hard. The room was too small for 2 people, no place to put the luggage The staff need to improve in speaking English.

I’ve stayed here multiple times to visit my son in Kanazawa. It is very handy to lots of shopping, convenience stores and eating venues and about a ten minute walk to both Kenrokuen garden and Kanazawa castle. The room is a good size with microwave, kettle etc. Beds are very comfortable but typical hard Japanese pillows. The only thing I don’t like is that the pillows are very hard!

very central property I have stayed at several times. Rooms well equipped , clean and of a good size. I always have to buy a pillow- the hotel pillows are like a bag of cement.

It was probably the best hotel, I have been so far. Due to some collision with the rooms, we had a very nice upgrade. The room was spacious, superbly equipped and very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable and we had a huge bathroom. All in all, perfect, really! Nothing to mention.

The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Like most Japanese accommodation the pillows are rock hard and I end up buying one for my stay. Although my room was serviced daily, on this stay they did not replenish my water bottles for drinking.

The room was wide and the toilet and bath are separated was a bonus.My husband liked it too. The lobby was a bit small for guests to wait.
