The room was bigger than we thought. The facilities were very good and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. The location is near Kanazawa Station.

Location is extremely convenient Wifi was so bad and almost useless in all Toyoko inns I stayed so far. Breakfast was very poor, much lower quality and selections that before. I will try to avoid this brand hotel in future.

The staff were all very helpful. The location by the station was excellent There was an excellent diner next door with very reasonably priced food and robots serving, Breakfast wasn't really to our liking

Very clean and great location. One of the staff Mr Tanaka had helped us contact the rental company with great patience. He was super helpful and could communicate with us in English and relay our messages.

Breakfast is ok, sufficient for a simple breakfast. The Location is good, just several minutes walk from Kanazawa station. There's a great cafe besides the hotel with free flow of hot and cold drinks and not to expensive. It opens till midnight while most shops at the station are closed. Nothing. Everything is fine

Part of the front desk staff was not very cooperative. It was also the first hotel that could not provide a plug adaptor for European plugs.
