Fantastic room size, we opted for a large corner room and we're so glad we did. The room had a clothing steamer which was a great addition, as well as the Ottoman foot massager. And the bathroom had a separate toilet and shower, with a modern shower tower. Overall, the perfect hotel room in Japan.

Location was very good which is easily accessible to main interesting places. Nothing at all.

Comfortable, clean, quiet. Very good coffee available from a machine in the lobby. When we inquired about staying an extra night they said yes but we had to check out and check in again, which was a bit tedious. But they were always courteous.

Close to train station and right on the loop bus route. Nice rooms with decent breakfast. Great services and they had umbrellas you could borrow on rainy days. Outstanding value for money. Would stay again. We had two rooms and one only had a small window that was frosted so had zero view. Not ideal. The other room had fantastic views.

El hotel está a unas cuadras de la estación, y siguiendo un poco más en la zona del Castillo. Precio-calidad está bien. Como para pasar una noche en la ciudad y luego seguir. La ciudad es hermosa, si están con tiempo y presupuesto, hasta dos noches y hasta hacer compras.

The property is in a perfect location: 10 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the castle. We stayed in a room for three, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We didn't have breakfast, but there is a machine in the lobby for coffee, tea, and cappuccino. We were very satisfied! Our electric kettle didn’t work, but it wasn’t a big deal.
