The rooms are very clean with plenty amenities. Is very close to the big temple My room had no windows. Woke up to a whole dark place.

An amazing boutique right outside the temple gate. Clean and large rooms. Been a city hotel its surprisingly quiet in the area. Full of history. Speak to the GM Roshan for a story of the place and the nearby buildings. Very interesting and informative. Top notch service by our young and handsome butler Sahan. Super convenient if you are coming to the maligawa pooja for couple of days. Parking right in front. They have a small cafe with good breakfast and some really good coffee. Will definitely return and recommend. Kudos team for great service and hospitality.

They didn’t give me shampoo. I think there may have been a mix up since I had two bottles of body wash. Unfortunately, when I discovered this it was later in the evening and the front desk was closed. It’s a very minor thing though. Overall, the hotel was really nice.

Heritage boutique is a beautifully renovated set of rooms inside an old colonial building. A great location near to the lake and temple of the Tooth. Thank you to Ruchee who helped us with a packed breakfast and taxi for our early train to Ella.

The hotel is a beautifully restored 19th century building directly across from St. Paul’s church and the grounds of the Vishnu temple. An excellent location. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed. Extremely comfortable. I was told there was a restaurant next door but it is in fact a coffee shop with a very limited menu.

It’s very close to the temple and room was very large It’s next to a very busy car park which is first thing you see as you open the room door. At this price there is no open free space to hang out. This is a room only type property which has no other area to chill or hang out.

Excellent location, very nice rooms. Pleasant staff. For some reason they did not clean the room after first day. Odd. As we only stayed two nights it wasn’t that big of a problem. Amenities were sparse.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Dananjaya, who served us and made sure we were comfortable. The room was very spacious, clean and well-presented. The hotel is nearby the temple and in walking distance to the city centre where there’s tons of shops and restaurants. They served us a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast and even packed us one to go when we had an early train ride to catch on the day of our departure. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

One of the best properties we stayed at in the Sri Lanka. Clean and sanitized. Literally the bed of my dreams! Great proximity to the city center shops, temple and Kandy lake. At the end of a less rushy, closed end road. The best cheese omelette we had. The management needs to work on revising pictures and room descriptions on booking.com. The four rooms at the property are not the same. We were assigned the princess room upon check in even though we booked a 'king deluxe room'. This room was different than the one we saw in pics and selected on the site. There was no spa tub etc. But we were happy and didn't argue as the assigned room was also clean and comfortable for 2 people. But not all your guests would be like us... The AC started dripping water the next morning. The staff tried to help and was quite apologetic even though its not his fault and something for the management to fix. Suggestion to take breakfast order in advance at night so that the service is faster in the morning.

We had an excellent stay here! The staff are really nice and helpful. The room is beautiful and spacious. The location is amazing- it’s on a quiet street with little through-traffic but it is in the center of town, across from Temple of the Tooth. All was excellent.

The food was exceptional, the location was perfect, staff was great and extremely helpful.

The location is relatively quiet which is a big bonus for being in the center of the city… There is a parking lot right outside so it’s not exactly serene. But quite notably better than neighboring streets. Staff (Dhananjaya particularly) are lovely and super helpful with all our requests.

Great location. Just behind the Sacred Tooth Relic. Bumped into an Elephant walking the road in front of the Hotel towards the temple was a unique experience. No windows, the door to the bathroom was strange.

The Staff were really great Dananjaya especially good young man that went above and beyond by allowing me extra time and arranging my trip back to Colombo also Peradeniya. Hotel was great Kandy was a tourist trap and TukTuk drivers are criminals

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL! LOCATION AND THE HERITAGE BUILDING ARE A MUST. ALSO THE STAFF WAS SO HELPFUL AND NICE AND THEY PREPARED A FANTASTIC CEYLON BREAKFAST. THE ROOM WAS BIG, NOCELY DECORATED AND THE BED REALLY CONFORTABLE. 100% RECOMENDABLE NOTHING
