The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The location was convenient, and the service exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the entire team Everything was well organized and met my expectations

The staff and location were very good, the room Was Comfortable and clean Even though the pool was not available the staff organized for us to use another hotels pool That the pool was under renovation and it was advertised on the booking app.

It was centrally located with access to many Sites, restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood.

The hotel is in an ideal location to walk to the main cultural sights in Kandy. The hotel is dated but the room itself was spacious and mostly clean although the desk was sticky. It's a decent 3-4* hotel mostly thanks to the location. The desk was sticky and one of the blinds was broken leaving a gap through which anyone walking in the hall could see inside the room. I also had asked for a quiet room and was placed next to the service elevator. I left the "do not disturb" on when I left the room to run an errand in the late afternoon and when I came back, the sign was off and the hotel staff had entered the room for turndown service. Turndown service should not be given priority over the guest's wish for privacy, even if we do leave the room - I travel extensively and have never had a hotel disregard the do not disturb sign. Also, the staff in the dining room kept insisting to get my room number even though I was not eating breakfast and was only walking through (which you have to do to get from the elevator to the lobby and exit). It felt very pushy and was unwarranted.

Such a great hotel - a stone's throw from the Temple of the Tooth. Gorgeous inside with lovely rooms and a delicious breakfast. One of our favourite hotels of the trip. And Kandy was lovely too. Nothing to report

I did a heap of research to find a nice property close to the centre of Kandy so that we could walk to everywhere we wanted. The Radh was really great - just a 2 min walk to the entry to the Temple of the Tooth. It had a really nice feel about it - small(ish), nicely designed and lovely staff. The breakfast was also very good. I was really pleased with my choice and would recommend it.

The room was perfect in size and super clean. It had everything needed for a stay. Breakfast had a good asian and western selection and location is just a few steps away from the temple. Loved all.

A nice boutique hotel in the city that is close to the lake and temple. Staff were very friendly and professional, and restaurant food was great and good value. Can definitely recommend. Rooms are a bit small but very well appointed.

Excellent location and impeccable service!

Awesome location right next to Buddha's tooth temple. Beautiful from inside and styled with great taste. We stayed over Christmas and Christmas dinner was great.

I didn't dislike anything. There were signs of damage, and things could have been a bit more clean, but nothing really to complain about.
