محدودية تنفيذ بعض المتطلبات البسيطة والتي تحسن التجربة مثل ممسحة وفيش كهرباء

أكبر مشكلة هي النظافة والخدمة. وجدنا حشرات في السرير، واللحاف الداخلي كان مليئًا بالبقع بشكل مقزز وتمت تغطيته فقط بغطاء خارجي. بعد الإقامة أصبت بحساسية شديدة وظهرت حبوب في وجهي. كما أن الغرفة كانت مليئة بالغبار، خاصة الزوايا والطاولات والأدراج. خدمة تنظيف الغرف سيئة جدًا؛ أخبرونا أنها تتم مرة كل 4 أيام، لذلك إذا كانت إقامتك 3 أيام أو أقل فلن يتم تنظيف غرفتك، وحتى إذا بقيت أكثر من أسبوع فسيتم تنظيفها مرة واحدة فقط. والأغرب أنهم طلبوا منا عند تسجيل الخروج أن نترك الغرفة نظيفة كما استلمناها، وإلا سيتم فرض رسوم تنظيف مرتفعة، وكأن تنظيف الغرف بعد مغادرة النزلاء ليس من مسؤوليات الفندق. الخدمات بشكل عام مخيبة للآمال. مكواة الملابس كانت متسخة وأتلفت قطعة من ملابسي، والثلاجة صغيرة جدًا ولا تكاد تتسع لأي أطعمة، ومحتوياتها الأساسية محدودة جدًا. بشكل عام، أي احتياج أساسي تتوقعه من فندق ستجده غير متوفر. الاستقبال في مبنى اخر يبعد 7 دقائق بالسيارة والتواصل غالبًا عن طريق الواتساب وعند طلب اي شيء يطلبون منك الذهاب للاستقبال للتفاهم الإيجابيات الوحيدة هي الموقع، والتصميم، ووجود شطاف في الحمام ووجود موظفة تتحدث العربية. باختصار: الفندق جميل للصور، لكنه لا يستحق الإقامة، خاصة مع سوء النظافة وضعف الخدمات مقارنة بالسعر. The hotel has a great location and a beautiful interior design, making it nice for photos—but I would not recommend staying here. The biggest issue is cleanliness and service. We found bugs in the bed, and the inner duvet was covered in heavy stains, hidden only by an outer cover. After my stay, I developed a severe skin reaction and broke out badly. The room was also dusty, especially around the corners, tables, and drawers. Housekeeping is extremely poor. We were told rooms are cleaned only once every four days. That means if you stay three days or less, your room is never cleaned, and even if you stay for over a week, it may only be cleaned once.

The reception is in another location. I had been going around for 15 minutes until I finally found it.

My stay at the apartment was very comfortable. It was clean and well-organized upon arrival, and the location was excellent, close to essential services. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly throughout my stay. The amenities matched the listing, and all the essentials were provided. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Everything was perfect Nothing only the check out time is too much early

If we had dish soap would be useful and a bit more water pressure in the shower, otherwise everything was very good and high quality

The ground floor apartment was very beautiful with a garden and the river. The toiletries, towels, and blankets were old.

Nice and equipped shared kitchen and dining room.. The location is excellent for ski season but much less for other seasons.

The reception ask for deposit and to sign a document for the cleaning and not damage hotel facilities or room When I check out i I carefully did everything the document required, and I took a video when I left the room. They said that when I handed over the room, I would receive the money within a day. Five days have passed without me receiving anything. I am trying to contact them without a response.

The apartment too small regarding the price

The reception person waited for our arrival to give us the key although we arrived a little bit late. Check-in process was easy and clear. They provide us with Kaprun Card which was a great add on to our trip. locations was great. overall facilities inside the apartment were very good. Toilet was equiped with "shattaf" which is great. I wish they make the cleaning visits more frequent. During our stay they made only 1 cleaning visit over 6 nights. Adding washing machine would be great. The size of the rooms is a bit small. the number of towels is less than what we need.

The location was good and the apartment has a balcony. The reception staff were friendly although the reception is in different location. Cleanliness, it was dirty, we stayed 5 nights and we had house keeping only once and all they did was cleaning the toilet, they haven’t changed bed sets or even cleaned the bedroom. Corridors were very dirty for couple of days. The restaurant was let out to a third party company and smell of food was everywhere. Washing machine and dryers were very dirty. When i checked in the shower was full of hair. I contacted the whatsapp number I was giving and was promised someone will come to clean it but unfortunately no one shoed up.
