The owners and the stuff were very welcoming and always ready to help with everything . The hotel is perfectly located, we were without car and it was perfect as the bus to all the area activities was a minute away. We had the Salzburg card thanks to the hotel and that was a big bonus The bed was a bit small

The location could not be better: in just minutes you can walk to the ski lifts, many restaurants, etc. The buffet breakfast was the best one I’ve ever had anywhere in Europe. The inclusion of passes to Tauren Spa was yet another perk. Nothing! Everything was wonderful.

Calm, clean and the owner is friendly. Provide the Zell am see/Kaprun summer card. Good view on the river. No AC. Parking is very very tight and narrow. No restaurant in the hotel, so only breakfast, no lunch and dinner options, so you have to go to Zell am ser everyday for good meals as Kaprun doesn’t have that many good options. The breakfast variety is good and the drinks are good too, only thing is that there is no main breakfast meal except for egg which needs improvement as well.
