Every staff member did so much and more for us. Provided airport shuttle, helped with day trips around Karachi, really amazing and kind people. The hotel is very clean, good AC, nice breakfast, but the people there make it stands out really. The location is also great fairly close to everything but far from the dust and noise of the city. The hot water was lukewarm at best; most of the time, it was cold. But that's the case for most of the hotels in Karachi so I didn't mind.

Area where the hotel is really nice. Alot of mosquitoes inside room and toilet and was not able to sleep properly due to their bites. Bed sheet seems like was not washed. Street entrance is small so people with big cars might find hard time parking
