The size of our room was a little smaller than I expected, but it still did work for us.

Location, pool could be warmer though. Breakfast was kind of poorly prepared and flies were sitting on smoked salmon. The lady that was making eggs saw it and ignored it many times. Also beds were no good very hard matress uncomfortable. All our backs hurted badly. Sofa beds were terribly uncomfortable for a third guest.

Service was really really nice - from the restaurant staff to the reception and even the housekeeping staff. EVERY staff member we came across there was so loving, warm and hospitable. Having stayed in Phuket for 3 weeks, this was the most value for money place I stayed at.

Food service in the room is my favorite!

I researched our trip for a year and couldn't find anything that compared to this resort at face value. The property stood out to me because of the size of the room, the exceptional rating, and the location. The beautiful beach is just a few minutes down the road and you can easily get to Patong, Ra Wai, Kata and Kamala within about 20-30 minutes if that. We did not want to stay in a loud area so it was PERFECT, but if we wanted a night out or to go shopping it wasn't far. You can tell that the staff and ownership take great pride in the property judging from the effort they put in 24/7 in keeping it well manicured and top notch for the guests. The rooftop infinity pool is amazing. The view cannot be beat, and is well kept and very clean. We enjoyed everything the resort offered. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety, as well as a special menu to order from. The restaurant food was also amazing! The sauna has what I believe to be lavender and mint aromatics, which made it just that more relaxing, and the dip in the spa afterwards was just what the doctored ordered. On our last day we had a couples massage, and it was prefect. The ladies were very professional and knew what they were doing. Our room was clean and huge. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite on the very top floor, so we got the view of the ocean as well as Big Buddha in the distance. The air conditioning worked really well and was very refreshing to walk into after a hot day out. We had a king size bed, and it was so comfortable. We slept so hard and peacefully every single night. Finally, I cannot say enough about the staff. Chan was so helpful! You can tell she loves her job and will go the extra mile for you. The other staff members that attended to us were also so warm, helpful an welcoming. We did not meet one person that did not leave a good impression. Mr. Sun, the Property Manager was probably one of the best human beings we've ever met. Nothing. This is the perfect resort. I noticed people complain about the walk up the hill but we did not have any trouble with it. The location is perfect in our opinion.

Great pool, awesome staff (the tall guy working the front desk that used to work in Aspen was amazing, we really appreciate him). Room was very large and comfortable and breakfast was good. The restaurant had good breakfast and Thai food, but the Italian, sushi and Steak offerings were not very good. Just stick to the local food and you'll be good. This is based on a Westerners tastes though and may be different for others.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - particularly those on the front desk. The roof top pool was wonderful; amazing views across the bay, the mountains and trees at the back and over the tops of buildings down to the beach. Never too busy and accessible into the evening. The bedroom was spacious, bed very comfortable and good channels on the TV. We found the breakfast to be very limited and repetitive day after day. Items were also not replenished on a regular basis. All the bread options were very sweet and there was no bacon! It would have been helpful to have a full-length mirror in the bedroom (there was plenty of space for one), and a couple of floor mats. The room was tiled throughout and slippery when wet, not to mention the inevitable sand deposits - and nowhere to wipe the feet.

We were in an ocean view room and it was great, spacious and reasonably quiet the odd bit of noise from above but nothing to keep us awake. The room had everything we needed and was serviced daily. Breakfast was good, it had everything we wanted, some people would say it was the same everyday but there was plenty to choose from and the egg station was very good. Pool area was great, lovely pool. The number of sunbeds is a bit limited and trying to find shade is a task by itself, but it was a great area to relax and order a beer or food and have it delivered to your sun lounger. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was superb, one of the best steaks we have ever eaten. Its unfortunate that there are so many eating places near the property that we needed to explore, otherwise we would have eaten more often there. Not a lot really, much has been wrote the fact that its on a hill but to be honest this was not an issue, its one of those places where it is difficult to find fault.

Excellent location and staff were amazing. On the quiet side of Karon beach but you can walk to everything. Breakfast was great.

A magnificent, very well-maintained hotel. We spent four nights at this hotel in March and were very satisfied. Check-in was quick; upon arrival, we were offered a refreshing towel and a small juice drink. Room 406 is magnificent. It is very spacious, and the bathroom is perfectly adequate—it includes everything you might need. There is a full-sized refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a microwave, and a safe; furthermore, both the Wi-Fi and the air conditioning worked very well. They also provide two bottles of water per person per day, which is a much-appreciated touch. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we were even able to open a door leading to a small balcony furnished with a small table and two chairs. From there, we enjoyed a wonderful view of the sea. There is also a small drying rack on the balcony—handy if you have a few items to dry. The room features three chairs, offering plenty of seating space. The extra-large bed was very comfortable. The only minor drawback was the lack of proper facial tissues in the room; instead, they provided very coarse paper napkins. However, the true gem of this hotel is the rooftop infinity pool. It offers breathtaking views of the sea, and the water is pleasantly warm. There are even a few tables where you can order drinks or snacks from the restaurant, which are delivered directly to the poolside. You will also find plenty of sun loungers and parasols arranged all around the pool area. It is a truly idyllic spot for relaxing in peace. The included breakfast offers a wide selection, but the quality leaves something to be desired. The sausages were cold, the hot dishes were merely lukewarm, there was no bacon, and there was no cold milk (the milk provided near the cereals was lukewarm). Even though breakfast is listed as starting at 6:30, several items aren’t actually set out until around 7:00. The best option is the omelet or eggs, which are prepared to order. No real facial tissues in the room and breakfast was bellow average.

Rooftop pool, friendly staff, reasonably priced laundry service, ample room size. Mr Sun, the omnipresent manager, is very friendly and accommodating. Location, though up a steep hill, is very quiet, away from any bustle. Some great restaurants are a 3 minute walk down the hill. Karon Beach is a 10-15 minute walk down the hill, and really great snorkeling is at the northern end of the beach, around a 20 minute walk. The gym. It was one of my selection criteria for the hotel and it was a big disappointment. It's in the basement, dark, with the same "chill" music as played throughout the rest of the hotel piped in and can't be turned off, equipment is old, not well-maintained and some pieces are broken. One of the two air con units, the one by the bike and treadmill, could only be turned on upon request ("to prevent guests from stealing the remote"). Breakfast was filling and good but could have been better. Juices were pure sugar vehicles, rather than fresh. Menu changed minimally over a nine-day stay. Made-to-order egg choices were great. A shuttle to the center of Karon beach is offered 2x/day but at awkward hours so as to not be very useful. Why not offer one in the morning and one in the early evening before dinner? Lastly, while the rooftop pool is really nice and clean, it would be nice to have a few more shaded spots, and/or replace the umbrellas with tilting umbrellas that can be shifted with the angle of the sun.

We like the design, the common area and the restaurant area. Very beautiful. You can even have your breakfast overlooking the jungle. It is 15 min walk to the beach. Food was good and breakfast was diverse. The bathroom was a bit narrow and after shower you need to reach the towel on the other side of the bathroom which will make all the floor wet, but it's not a deal breaker as it's part of the design.

It was far away from the noise and the crowds that made our stay that much more enjoyable, very hospitable staff that went above and beyond! Sun, the manager, was exceptional with a very kind demeanour about him! Very refreshing! It was all about making the hotel our second home and to feel comfortable with everything! No dislikes!!! Hotel was great!

The staff made our trip very special. Good food and very nice spa.

There were dirty stains on the bedsheets and also in the bathroom. The location was not close to the sea at all - it took 30 minutes to walk to the sea.

Loved the staff, the room was spacious, pool was large and clean, sauna/spa was a nice touch, beauty salon did a fabulous pedicure, restaurant will serve you ANYWHERE in the hotel between 7a-11p. We love that it’s a medium sized resort so we could get all the amenities we wanted, but we recognized the staff and they recognized us after day 1. Chan at front desk made us feel right at home and Sun the FOH manager became like our Uncle—always made sure we had everything we needed. We won’t stay anywhere else except our favorite Pacific Club Resort if we’re in Phuket. No notes. We wish we stayed longer.
