Clean place, big rooms, peaceful and close to the center. Beach is 15 mins by walk. Pleasant and clean and comfortable.

The room was fine and the location fairly convenient — about a 10–15 minute walk to the beach. The staff were quite unfriendly and appeared genuinely unhappy to be there. No one seemed willing to help, and even simple requests felt like an inconvenience.

Perfect hotel that met all our expectations. Nearby restaurants and shops are available. Friendly staff assisted us in any situation.

It’s a good location, very close to the night markets and cafes and massage parlours. About a 20 minute walk to the beach. Our room had a pretty view of the flower store next door. The water was not hot or cold, all one temperature, lukewarm. Also water gets everywhere on the bathroom floor because the shower is right next to the toilet and sink

Good location. Good AC. Has a TV and a fine bathroom. Has a safe. Staff didn’t speak English but were friendly Bed wasn’t comfortable - very hard bed.

This was a nice place to stay if in the Karon area, which is a more relaxed area of Phuket. Bolt taxis or bikes are easily available and are so cheap if wanting to get to Patong, Phuket old town etc. The rooms were in great condition also and every morning fresh water bottles and toilet paper were left at the door

The room was quite spacious and very comfortable The receptionist barely spoke English and wasn’t able to assist me properly when I asked about taxi options to the airport. She could only tell me “no” without offering any alternatives or recommendations. The service was quite lacking for a "hotel." Additionally, the location was a bit far from the beach, situated on a road that wasn’t very comfortable for walking.

The room had all we needed and was clean. It was located in a fairly central area but still quite a long walk along the road to get to the beach. The staff were not very welcoming/ friendly.
