Large room/accommodation. Nice pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Shower water pressure was weak. 50 THB for a bucket of ice. Pool barmaid disinterested in her job, it seemed. The shared "gym" was tiny and only had three cardio machines and not weights.

This property has two hotels in the same place one is the villas and the other is in the a multi story building. The are with the villas is much more intimate and feels high end specially if yo are staying in the ones facing the pool. Highly recommend this place for couples looking to enjoy quality time together.

Amazing hotel! The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed at a pool villa, and it is absolutely worth it. The pool was also very clean, as were all hotel premises. As for the food, it was delicious and reasonably priced, so definitely not worth going out in the chaos in Karon. Karon Beach is fine but overcrowded and full of people trying to sell you something. This has nothing to do with the hotel, of course.

Truly the nicest place we have ever stayed. The lush surroundings are incredible and the pool is so relaxing. The villas are decorated beautifully, with a super comfortable bed, a gorgeous bath, and a lovely little terrace to sit out on. We loved the friendly staff and the location. Although it is central, it still feels completely peaceful and secluded, like a little oasis. It was heartbreaking to checkout of this hotel but we will be back :) <3 The breakfast was good, Happy Hour drinks are amazing <3 Not a single thing ! NO NOTES!!!

The breakfast was not up to our expectations, No hair conditioner in the shower. Hotel maintenance is poor. The staff is tired. There is no water pressure in the shower in the room. The pool was dirty on the first day and was only cleaned after a day. The price was high compared to much better hotels. I complained but received no response or reference

The location, the pool and the jacuzzi A lot of things. The villas construction is poorly made. Like the bathroom, the doors and windows do not close properly. There was a massive hole in the bedroom window where all the insects and mosquitos were coming through. The same for the main door, when closing it, has a massive hole. Full of insects, this is not a 4 star hotel. 2 and a half id say. Also they do not offer conditioner or body lotion or any other toiletries. For 250 dollars per night I do not think this hotel is worth it, specially in thailand

Very nice and calm environment. Nice pool, very good service at the reception. The room is very specious the bed is very comfortable and big The bath in the room was very dirty (the rest of the room was clean. The biggest problem for us was that you can really hear the bathroom of the next room in our bathroom

Loved the pool, and our private pool access room. The rooms was so spacious, it was nice not to be cramped in just one room. The bed was really comfortable, but some different pillow options would be nice as we found them a bit high. Breakfast always had good choices, the food was fresh and hot, and the staff were so friendly. The gardens were beautiful as well, it was so relaxing sitting by the pool surrounded by trees and birds. We don't smoke, so it was really disappointing to be sitting outside our pool access room, and have the two couples either side smoking constantly and blowing smoke in our direction. We had to go inside on numerous occasions because the smell was so strong. It's a shame there isn't a gym.

We stayed at The Village resort for four nights and had the best time. The pool was amazing, our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff are friendly. It was quiet and relaxing listening to the birds and geckos. Walking to the beach and shops took about 10mins but we didn't mind.

Location was unknown to taxi drivers I was also bitten by mosquitoes badly due to the plants and water
