The resort is beautiful, breakfast is limited but satisfatory, rooms are comfortable and balcony is amazing. Beach nearby is not clean

The overall atmosphere of the resort is great for a truly relaxing vacation; the swimming pool is nice, the food is delicious, and the accommodation is located on a hillside, offering constant sea views. The beach is also a short walk away. The resort is quite old, so some small things could be improved, such as the stairs and walkways which are too narrow and require caution when walking, and the rooms which look a bit outdated.

Beach is not suitable for swimming because of the season but the room is wonderful . Breakfast is also so delicious.

We liked the overall look & feel of the resort. The beach was ok but not great. The view from our top floor balcony was great especially at sunset & when it rained hard. Love the Seven Eleven right across the street. The gym definitely requires an upgrade. It was a great effort to get from the resort entry to our unit right up the top of the complex, very tiring.

Only the location and view are good The rooms are old and not properly cleaned, damp smell , we need to y two elevators and stairs to reach the room

The location of the hotel is amazing, really close to the beach and central to the areas I wanted to visit. The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a good variety and accommodated my expectation. Even being critical, I can think of nothing I didn't like :D

Great location! Close to restaurants, stores and Kata beach. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of food.

The bathroom and the plumbing could use a renovation. The toilet got plugged up twice.

Rooms were clean and spacious. View of the bay/beach area were great. Pools were lovely and always staffed pool-bar. Proximity to the beach/cafes/restaurants/shopping was awesome. Breakfasts were perfect for what we wanted. Only very small thing was the refrigerator didn't cool our drinks day 1. This was quickly replaced by one that did, no fuss.

It’s very near by Kata beach . Too much of walking inside the property. I have to change literally 3 lift just to get to my room . Booking.com should take note of this and let everyone know about the situation before they book. Breakfast was not worth it .
