The water park was perfect for the kids. Breakfast was very limited, especially on the halal side — barely any options. The resort’s location is also a bit far from downtown.

Size of the resort When we arrived at the resort, we were informed that the room we had reserved was unavailable due to renovation work. As a result, we were downgraded to a smaller room without any meaningful compensation, except for a one-night dinner at one of the resort’s restaurants. What made this even more frustrating was that, prior to our trip, we had sent three emails to the property requesting the cancellation of our reservation, but we never received any response. Overall, the property is poorly maintained. The hotel feels old, with outdated furniture, poor cleanliness standards, unfriendly customer service, a lack of attentiveness, and slow service. Both the room and several facilities had unpleasant odors. The beach experience was also disappointing. Unless you are willing to sit directly on the sand, they are charging guests an additional fee to use the beach loungers. For a property marketed as a 5-star resort, the experience was extremely disappointing. In reality, it felt more like staying in a 3-star hotel. The gaming room contained broken equipment, and the lighting throughout the room was inadequate, with some lights not functioning at all. The refrigerator had a noticeable dent, the iron was broken and missing the lid of its water reservoir, and the bed sheet was torn and even had a blood stain on it. This was, without a doubt, the worst 5-star hotel experience I have ever had.

The property was exceptionally clean, and having separate towels for both the room and the beach provided daily was a great touch. The location is incredible, offering direct access to the most beautiful beach. Breakfast was served right on the beach, which made for an amazing start to each day. I stayed on the second floor this time. While it was nice, next time I would definitely choose a first-floor room for direct, step-out access to the pool.

All was perfect from the room with exclusive access to the pool, to the perfectly clean room, to the comfy beds and the delicious breakfast. The staff was also very competent and friendly. One night our neighbors were noisy (at 4am) and we called the front desk and in few minutes the problem was resolved.

All staff (including security) were extremely friendly and we felt very safe at this resort. Loved how peaceful it was. Not overcrowded. Restaurants were amazing. Would highly recommend this resort. Nothing we enjoyed everything

The hotel with all 3 wings is amazing - location is perfect, quite upper scale and very beautiful with the sea like in Bounty ad! It’s a perfect place to visit with kids but is also great for couples. Nothing all is perfect

New building was nice. Got sent to new building when booked for beachside building.

Great hotel for families, water pool, wave pool, trampoline pool, the kids loved it. Also the staff are very nice. My kid got hurt in the pool and they sent him cookies to the room. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is very big, has many different locations and pools. It takes time to go from one area to the other.
