Flock Kathmandu

非常好。我的房间有个大窗户，可以看到远处的⛰️近处等景色。楼下有餐厅，楼上也有餐厅。位置就在泰米尔街里面，去逛街吃饭很方便。 其实一开始选择的应该是卫生间在房间内的，但是我也忘记了，所以就没提了。总体很好

The location is convenient, close enough to explore the city while still feeling comfortable to return to after a busy day. The hostel has a relaxed ambiance and vibey. Everything was kept clean, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the stay even more comfortable. Flock Hostel offers good value with welcoming staff, a pleasant atmosphere, and a clean, well-maintained space. I’d happily stay here again.

The staffs are amazing . The hostel itself is clean and it is in the heart of Thamel so everything is reachable from here. My stay out here was really good .

Accommodation and location.

The room is spacious and clean. They provide the toiletries. The bathroom is big and hot water functioning well. The location of hostel is nearby to Thamel once you know the shortcut. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rate for keeping the luggage in storage also quite cheap. During our stay, the electric got tripped for few times. The cafe can improve their drinks and cake. The cheesecake that we order is super hard almost like a stone.

Perfect place for anyone just looking for a room. Both restaurants are open to the public. I found that I didn't know who was just at the restaurant and who was a backpacker looking to socialize both restaurants also act more like restaurants I felt I needed to buy something to spend time on the top floor in the chill areas. Also the loud music can then be heard in the rooms at night not ideal for early wake ups. Disappointing given the higher price in comparison to other social hostels Locker under bunk beds are also not very safe. You could lift the mattress and access them. hard to do but wouldn't leave expensive valuables in them. Also a lot of private rooms ment that there were more couples who do their own thing. But that might be different when it's busier (early in season)

Not easy to socialize, the common room are expensive restaurant. The configuration makes it hard to meet people. Live music quite loud and late... So you get the inconvenient of a party hostel without the advantage...

The staffs are all nice and helpful, it’s clean here, beautiful bar and rooftop and the location is just perfect for the KTM city getaway. Will def coming back here!

A special shoutout to Nabin and Arjun — they were incredibly helpful, cooperative, and genuinely friendly. They made the experience feel personal, not just transactional. Their hospitality truly elevated my stay. The hostel itself is very well maintained — rooms and bathrooms are super clean, organized, and comfortable. The in-house café has a really cool vibe and is a great place to relax or meet other travelers. Overall, I enjoyed every bit of my stay here. If you’re visiting Kathmandu and want a social, clean, and well-managed place in Thamel, Flock Hostel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation, good vibes, good staff, and good terrace for meeting people the bathroom smelled a bit like sulfur a day into our stay and kind of stayed like that

Its a good place to stay under budget, the amenities were good for the price you pay. Location was bit issue for me, rest all was good n satisfied. They charge extra for credit card payment, better to carry cash. Location was bit off as it's away from the main thamel fun area otherwise it's a good place to stay . Didnot like the concept for extra 3.5% charge if paid via card. Rest all is fine

A little pricy

The front staff was amazing, morning the security guards such amazing doing his job. Smile and engage to us . Once o talk to stranger offering some help and he said to becareful of the scams The only thing I don’t like is the accommodation doesn’t have lift and there cleaning staff not so friendly and sitting in the bathroom . I hope they have somewhere to rest when they not doing their job.

in Kathmandu. You don't regret staying here. The beds are amazingly comfortable. A huge safe storage under your bed to keep your stuff while roaming around the city. The staff are amazing, nice and very helpful. Food in the two resturants of the hostel is great and you experience the best view ever on the rooftop. I am so happy with my choice and I will always go back to Flock if I get back to KTM. Nothing

The staff is so friendly and nice, Especially at the cafe upstairs— the gave me endless plastic wrap for my new tattoo and very friendly all around. The roomtop view is super nice. Pick up service was super nice and clean car. Also they carried my heavy bag up like 5 flights of stairs. I got an executive suite since it was my last two nights in country and it was really nice. Luxury of a bathtub looking out was really nice and it was a very spacious suite. Cafe had big list of food and all of it delicious Contacting to arrange pick up involved me contacting through every means possible to get a reply. Water in tub is rusty looking and jets dont work Railing on stair up to roof would be nice.
