Super friendly and helpful team—thank you so much! Easy to reach from the airport. Plenty of restaurants, castle, and bazaar within walking distance. Relaxed and traditional atmosphere, not flooded with tourists.

Many TV channels to watch, however, you need to understand Turkish to enjoy their programs. No English TV channels at the room i occupied.

Location, staff, cleanness, comfort

A little tricky to find even with Maps.

Front desk staff are very kind and breakfast was delicious. While the rooms are non-smoking, the property is not smoke-free. Cigarette smoke is apparent in the rooms in the evening, which is unpleasant.

Nice hotel. In quiet location (except for the music at a restaurant/club next door, which the reception warned us about at check in--it was not that bad actually, because we go to bed late). Room was average size, bed comfortable. Had to leave early, so staff fixed us a breakfast to go. Kind of away from shopping.

Very nice hotel in a renovated Armenian mansion with large and clean rooms with friendly and helpful employees. They serve an excellent breakfast with many things to choose from. Parking is easy and free. The hotel is a bit hard to find but we had no trouble when using a map. The hotel is located close to the old city, bazaar and castle. All are in walking distance. I want to thank especially one person we met during breakfast. I forgot her name but she is very helpful and full of energy (and speaks German very well). I'm sure you will see her. The only thing I regret is that I did not stay longer.

Staff were super friendly, and helped with parking which was a little tricky. Great location, and they told us about the 'Cultural Road' that starts nearby and takes you through a great loop through Kayseri showing all the key sights. We had to leave early for the airport and they packed an early sandwich breakfast for us... Very kind! Parking was a bit tricky (multiple entrances with gates), but if you call via WhatsApp they can help, or just park nearby and walk in and someone will help! Not sure if we got an older or newer rooms, but the roof was quite low and tall people may struggle ? The bed was also a little short for a 1.9m person. We had a few mosquitos in the room when we opened windows to cool down, but that may have been just bad luck (and I note there was air conditioning we could have used instead).

Everything was as advertised. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was extraordinary. The bath tube in the room was a bit disturbing. Maybe a cultural difference.

Amazing breakfast and staff

Stunning, spacious, and well appointed room - very clean and comfortable. Great location and close to restaurants. mattress and pillows. Food was nice but quite slow at in-house restaurant. Allow extra time for taxi pickup and drop-off as location was a little difficult to access.

The place, breakfast and everything was clean and comfortable

The rooms are in a restored historical mansion, very clean and well kept, comfortable bed. The staff speaks good English, very responsive and helpful. Kayseri is probably worth spending 1-2 days max, but the hotel is central and provides easy access to the main sites.
