The location is perfect. It is right in the center, yet very quiet. You can easily walk to Kayseri Castle, and there are shops and even a car wash nearby, which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. There is also a very nice and tasty restaurant right next to the hotel. The hotel offers free parking, which is a big advantage. The parking attendant was a very kind and helpful gentleman, and the whole parking process was smooth and easy. The hotel is located in a historical area with old traditional Kayseri houses. It is actually a local landmark, and staying in such a beautiful historic house was a very special experience. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and authenticity. The room was very comfortable and warm, even during cold weather. The Wi-Fi worked well. The room was cleaned every single day, which is something I honestly have not seen in many hotels recently. That was a very pleasant surprise. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast was not exactly to my personal taste, but the variety of food was absolutely sufficient.

The hotel is in a convenient part of town within walking distance to most of the major sites and restaurants. It is also a comfortable stay, especially if you get the ground floor suite, where we took up two rooms as an extended family. Parking was also not a problem, which is not the norm for many Turkiye hotels in the middle of the city! The courtyard was a bit anodyne, and could be spruced up a bit with some shades or trees so it isn't so hot in the summer time.

The rooms were comfortable enough, and there was an outside sitting room where we could sit with family across the hall and hang out after hours when the kids went to bed. It was also within walking distance of the major Kayseri sights. It was a bit anodyne and hot out in the main courtyard, and more could be done with that space. You also have to slog across a dusty otopark to get to the sights in Kayseri.

Breakfast was sufficient and omelettes made on request. Rooms cleaned everyday. Location was near to the city centre. Pleasant surroundings and helpful staff. The noise level coming from the adjacent rooms especially when people are having loud conversations in the corridor or slamming their rooms doors in the enclosed room units.

It was nice, I like it. The most significant thing for me was the guy in the reception. Thank you bro! I was fasting and I was the one person fasting at that days in the hotel. This very kind guy prepared sahur (morning breakfast at 4:20 am) for me and once even woke him up. Not warm water in the crane (for hands), not for shower.

Dificult to setup warm/cold in rooms

we could hear everything all night and didn’t get much sleep. I think you can find better places for the price

The location is I think the best you can get, walking distance from Kayseri castle and the historic centre. What was truly impressive was the breakdfast. Easily the best I've had in Turkey, and maybe the the best in any hotel.

Beautiful old building in a good location. The staff were helpful and breakfast was fresh and good quality. Some of the styling is a little tired and the shower head was broken, but these did not take the shine off the hotel. Good value for money overall.

Staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and varied with a lot of choices. The room was very good, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was quite difficult to find the hotel, even with sat nav and Google maps. We ended up in a car park after going around in circles and trying different roads. A local policeman helped direct us.

We arrived at 10pm, the woman working in the reception was very helpful and respectful. We asked for Sahur and we got it free around 4am. Thanks!

The hotel is a dungeon....period! We did not stay there.The hotel charged me for 2 nites in advance upon check in. We went to the room and within 10 minutes we checked out and they won't refund the money. I have already disputed with my. Credit card company. Everything from location, room, staff. Couldn't communicate in English at all. We were stuck. The room had a very bad smell like pee!
