The stuff were super amazing. From the shuttle drivers to the porters, on how they welcome you at first glance. It did not end there, experienced more friendly stuff from the reception and restaurant who were professional, friendly and eager to help. The convenience of the shuttle service from and to the airport (less than 5/10 minutes away) every other half hour is a traveler's dream. The breakfast spread was excellent, beautifully presented and offered a wonderful variety for every taste (even if our youngest daughter decided that watermelon was the best thing on the menu!). As a mommy with two kids (7 and 5), the hotel was a treat and am grateful! Thank you for ending our South African family holiday on such a positive note. We leave with wonderful memories and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended. There was no fridge in the room and bottled water. But there are dispensers in the hallways so that wasn't so bad and also because I always carry water with me because of the kids, so it was fine.

very close to airport, shuttle regular, reliable and free. Great spot for a one-night layover. Staff helpful and checked us in promptly. Bed was comfortable. In house Irish pub served good a la carte meals and draught beers. Not close to any places of interest - good location for airport, nothing of visitor interest. We were in a room on the outside of the corridor, looking over a messy and dirty workshop (the next business, not the hotel's). It would have been better if we had a room looking over the garden and pool

The breakfast was very bad. There were no variety of food to choose from. Letuce and olives were off. Most of the food were not fresh and the food were not even tasting nice.

The free and frequent airport shuttle was the selling point for us. The great free breakfast was an excellent bonus-- many selections and variety. There was even an omelet bar. The food was all good! I especially liked the scones. But best of all was all the bedding and towels were unscented! First on our while trip that I was able to use hotel.towels without risking a rash. I really appreciated this.

Very close to the airport and very easy to get to with the complimentary airport shuttle. The buffet was good, with a lot of variety. I'm vegan and there were options (not a surplus but enough). The bed was very comfy as well. The restaurant inside the building could be better and there could be more vegan/gluten free options at the buffet. Otherwise, great stay- would definitely stay again
