No place to walk around outside.

The shuttle bus is scheduled per 15mins, convenient. No cold water from tap on night, maintenance was delayed, cause we cannot take shower. No any apologies.

Easy, quick shuttle ride from airport. Room service was reasonably priced. Room was clean. Great place to stay before a flight. Nothing.

O hotel fica perto do aeroporto, mas é preciso tomar uma van. Essa van faz o trajeto entre o hotel e o aeroporto a cada 15 minutos. Como chegamos a noite e partiríamos no dia seguinte bem cedo, descemos para jantar e o restaurante tinha um serviço de buffet. Optamos por esse serviço porque estavamos cansados e queriamos comer rapidamente, mas não gostamos da comida. Alguns pratos já tinham acabado e não foram repostos e outros pratos já estavam frios. O preço foi elevado considerando o que foi oferecido.

The room was exactly as expected and the hotel was super easy to find. The shuttle driver did not identify himself on he return to the airport and just demanded we get in his minivan rather than the bus. When we asked for ID he got pretty irritated. The shower door spills water onto the floor and made a huge mess. The breakfast is insane- too many people squished into a tiny space and people literally running to get food. It was too crazy to eat or enjoy.

Proximity to the airport ? the 24hr shuttle service was fantastic and so helpful for our 4:30am trip to the airport. Staff lovely. Buffet at dinner time was EXCEPTIONALLY good??? The double beds were rather small (2 adults and 2 kids in a family room so shared 2 double beds), there was ALOT of chaos and noise as a flight had been delayed so an extra plane load of people were milling around, my teen daughter was harassed by one of these people while walking alone to the elevator and was pretty shaken up by the experience as this guy wouldn’t leave her alone (not the hotels fault, but there didn’t appear to be any security around looking out for her or other guests, so she had to quickly find a random mother in the vicinity to assist her)

The hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle that runs every 15minutes and was easy to find. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Everything felt seamless. The room was comfortable for our 1 night stay and the bed was extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was a solid buffet and was tasty. Nothing to note. everything was great.

The airport shuttle service is good and convenient. No cold water from tap around 09:00pm , the maintenance was very slow, finally water came with dirty white color, we can’t use it for taking shower. No body told us the reason， no any apologies. We asked to change room,they said no room was available.

Very close to the airport, perfect for an overnight stay. The shuttle is every 15 minutes. Our room was very comfortable with nice beds. It’s July and cold so we turned on the heating unit. The bathroom had a frosted glass wall so when one person goes to the bathroom at night, it lights up the bedroom. The WiFi was very good. Nice bar with a menu. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. But the restaurant was cold, seemingly without heat. I ate fast as my fingers were getting numb. Overall, a lovely place to stay. The staff members were friendly. The public areas were cold.

Location Between 2 guests only one and soap also only one was given, when asked they said we have to purchase water, whereas at every place I stayed at least one bottle of water was given per guest and the attitude of the staff was not very good

Free shuttle to and from the airport every 15 minutes - free breakfast - you can’t get better than that. I stayed there twice going through Joburg for a few days. Staff was very friendly - I forget her name but a waitress chatted with me for a good amount of time and made my experience so wonderful. We chatted about her son - I ended up going back to give her a hug and a tip on my way out. Will definitely be staying here again. Nothing at all.
