The hotel was beautiful and the rooms well appointed, and friendly staff offered great service.

Clean bedroom and exceptionally clean bathroom. Good blockout curtains and quiet room. Could sleep until I woke up naturally. The overall food wastage in Reign restaurant: I asked for 2 slices of toast n 4 was brought to the table. The breakfast is plated in the kitchen.

I tried to change or cancel my booking because of flights that got delayed in America but did not got any feedback.

Rooms were a big step above the other two hotels on the property. The concierge was very helpful in getting us a tour that fit our time-sensitive needs. We were placed on the concierge floor, which was nice. And they extended our checkout time without a quibble. Nothing comes to mind. We definitely recommend it over the Mondior.

Breakfast too poor for that kind of property… only able to serve scrambled eggs, not any other kind….

A luxurious room in a good hotel with an excellent hotel resturant. The complex is ok, if you like the casino, if not it's quite isolated. The garden and fountains make a nice backdrop for a restful morning.

Reception staff in person were friendly, helpful and polite. We left early in the morning before the restaurant opened for breakfast and they kindly packed a breakfast box for us. Convenient to the airport. We were in a non-smoking room on 3rd floor. In the evening a very strong smell of cigarette smoke emanated from the room next to us, through the interleading door. We called reception - took ages for someone to answer - to notify them someone was smoking in the adjoining room. The staff offered to move us to a smaller room on a lower floor. We were in bed by that stage as we had a 5am wake up. We didn’t want to pack up everything, get out of our pajamas, dress, move to another floor (to a smaller room) and start all over again… we just wanted the smokers in the NON SMOKING ROOM next door, to stop smoking. Reception said they would send someone up, and within 10 mins the smoke smell disappeared. Only to start up again 20 mins later. We called reception again - repeatedly - with no pickup. So the smokers carried on smoking in the non-smoking room, and we blocked the door and keyhole with bath towels.

They were exceptionally great to me. Excellent service They even upgraded my room. What a TREAT, real ROYAL TREATMENT. I will definitely visit again and again. 10/10 minus nothing

Well appointed room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast Woken in middle of night at about 01h00 with "emergency evacuation". After some decent down emergency stairwell staff member came running towards our group decending from the top stating "false alarm you can go back." No official communication or pardon ever attempted let alone received. Most unprofessional and unsatisfying.

Great place wonderful facilities plenty to do while here. They just need to figure out how to make a screwdriver at breakfast.

Very nice Hotel to stay,disappointed to find empty fridge.Also only a shower and no bathtub.
