The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room 217 is facing the highway. The window doesn’t close completely so the noise from the highway kept me awake through the night.

The staff are amazing - helpful and friendly and professional. Made us feel right at home! The property is old and rundown. Didn’t feel like we were at a fancy, Emperor’s Palace hotel but rather a cheaper hotel - clean and comfortable but not the opulence that I was hoping for.

The rooms are small, and the hotel itself comes across as a bit tired and could do with some TLC.

Excellent location, close proximity to Emperors’ main arena and conference centre. I was upgraded to a suite and it was really so luxurious and amazing. So spacious with superb detail for comfort and care. Air flow system was making a noise all night which was the only complaint.

It is located near the airport and is large enough to accommodate safari guests. Restaurants in the casino complex are diverse. The bed was fine, and the room was clean. Our room was as small as a hotel room can be and not be called a closet. Not sure how anyone with girth could actually use the shower.

I enjoyed the stay. My room was just perfect even though I struggled on one of the twin beds. I think there was a mix up from the booking because I thought I had booked a room with one queen size bed. Didn't get enough bottled drinking water in my room. Bottle sizes were just too small, but the hotel was kind enough to give me extras.

The room that I had booked had a problem with the safe I approached the front office desk and they immediately moved me to a nicer room at no extra cost, the whole experience and stay was exceptional and thank you to the staff and management.
