Food, the staff were over friendly and didn't all respect personal boundaries. No lock on the balcony door, no ownership of the amount of building work and banging around the property. The kettle plug didn't fit the wall socket so you couldn't use it

The staff were super accommodating. They even planned entertainment a few nights. Food was not great at all. Mattresses were not comfortable.

The staff was incredible, kind and very accommodating. The food options in the buffet were immense. The rooms were well decorated, spacious & comfortable. The location was right on the beach. Good AC & water pressure. Nice welcome plate of fruit. Great pool & the property was beautiful. So many flies around the buffet. They really need to figure that out. The boats in the water directly in front of the hotel are a little bit of an eye sore but nothing they can do. The WiFi went in and out a lot. They could definitely use some better pillows.

Unfortunately for this property it’s the parking spot for fisher boats. Which results in rubbish all over the beach, fishing nets, smelling fish, dirty water. Not a good view at all. We were also invited for a private dinner on the beach for our last night there. When we arrived nothing was set up for us and no one there.

Food and uncomfortable bed and loud maintenance at the neighboring resort.

The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated that they offered to upgrade us to an all-inclusive package. Everyone we interacted with was polite and accommodating, and their attitude made a positive difference while we were trying to sort out the situation. The property wasn’t quite what we had imagined from the photos and descriptions. The room we were shown felt quite simple and lacked natural light, with a layout that didn’t match the more refined resort feel we were hoping for. The facilities and pool area seemed modest and a little dated rather than a luxury beach resort. The balconies don’t offer any privacy and all face one another. While the team did their best to assist, the overall atmosphere felt more budget than premium, and the pricing didn’t quite align with that experience. In the end, we chose to move to another property that better matched what we were looking for, though we appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff throughout. I do wish there was an option to get at least a partial refund but they were not able to accommodate that. This review is purely based on a tour of the room and facilities because we did not stay longer.

Thank you Sansi beach resort

Staff was great and very helpful. The massages were among the best we’ve ever had. The private dinner on the beach was very special. The restaurant food was very good, but we wish a full menu could have been available at times. While It’s not the resort’s fault, there was considerable litter on the beach, especially along the area where the fishing boats moored. I’d love it if the resort joined with others to reduce or eliminate the use of plastic.

We wished there would have been a la carte options for lunch and dinner, but it was buffet. While the location of Kendwa Beach should be good, the particular spot with direct access is victim to the tide schedule, making it difficult to swim all day.

Everything qas good Nothing

I think excluding some items from the all inclusive looks a bit cheap. For example a mojito or an espresso a day have basically 0 cost compared to the room rate.

What made our stay truly unforgettable was the surprise he helped organize for my boyfriend’s birthday. Along with the rest of the staff, they prepared a beautiful romantic table on the beach for us — it was absolutely magical! Throughout our stay, the room was clean and well cared for. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Thank you so much to Sinjore and the whole team at Sansi Kendwa Beach Resort — you truly made our holiday one to remember. We can’t wait to come back!

I loved how it was natural and very rustic with all the wood and thatched roof There was nothing not to like really

The location was perfect right at the front of a beautiful beach. Enterance thru a local village, safe, friendly and even having facilities like supermarket and nearby restaurants. Offering full of fruits, egs, local tastes and good coffee open buffet breakfast. Incredibly kind smiling and respectful staff. Many thanks to host manager Paul, massai Mateo and restaurant staff Emanuel, just a few that I could remember names. A perfect massage center where you can a have very good massage for very reasonable prices. Options of nearby restaurants and bars on the same beach just meters away. Nothing really.

The staff was conscientious and helpful with any questions or issues we had. It was an experience to be on the beach when the fishermen came in to sell their catch to the villagers living there. We engaged an afternoon trip to go snorkeling at Tambatu Island (we did not do this through the hotel). It turned out to be something of a scam. Two guys took us out and they were quite clueless, actually. They had no idea where to go.
