THE PENDLETON - Walkable - Arcade Loft - Modern- Light & Bright

The property was very clean, well-appointed (particularly with respect to the kitchen) and great location. Very spacious for only 4 people, could easily accommodate more. There is an area for adults to hang out and for kids with there being a smaller family room upstairs. We were within walking distance from a few nice restaurants. Very walkable and safe neighborhood. Also only about 15 minutes from UofO which was where we needed to spend much of our time. Outside of the actual property- appreciated the responsiveness of the owners.

The condo is located in a lovely neighborhood and the parking in the garage was fantastic. The four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were ideal for our family over a long weekend. It was very clean and comfortable and the arcade games were a hit with everyone. I highly recommend this condo.

Great location, well equipped with great amenities.

The hosts were wonderful. The townhome was beautiful and comfortable with an attached garage and parking was available on the street as well. It was in a great location and there were a few restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. There were a lot a great restaurants near by and U of O was only a 10 minute drive. I would definitely stay again! There was nothing I didn’t like.

Location was excellent - within walking distance to many good restaurants. Easy to find, easy to access Need an extra role of toilet paper in each bathroom. Could use a couple more dish towels in kitchen. Loved that coffee was provided but my son likes a certain brand so we only used it on day 1.

Loved the layout of the property. It was great to have the play area for children. Location was excellent. Everything was great!

The only thing that prevented me from giving the home a 10 was that the kitchen isn't well stocked. Meaning, there are no food storage containers, olive oil, or herbs to help ease a traveling family into being able to cook there. Not only were we with a larger group and couldn't eat out the entire stay, we also have food allergies so cooking at home is preferred. We had to buy everything and either throw it away or travel back home with it. If just the cooking essentials were there, it would've made it much easier.

Love that we did not have to deal with twin beds or bunk beds! Cute and stylish house. Pillows were not amazing, all rooms should be changed out. We needed a long length mirror and there wasn’t one in the whole house. Extra hangers were needed for hanging dress clothes and there were very few.

Nice location, spacious, bedrooms were nice size Front entrance to the house we had to clean ourselves because it had cobwebs and doormat was dirty so my husband had to use the blower as soon as we got there because it hadn’t been done before we arrived.The pull out couch had dirty sheets on it and crumbs all around and underneath mattress, plus one of the beds upstairs also had dirty sheets on the bed .
