SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Kennesaw

It wasn’t very clean - our room smelled like musty wet towels, bedding was stained, bathroom floors weren’t clean.. it was not great. Staff were mostly nice, but not very helpful. We stayed as a group otherwise I wouldn’t have chosen this location and I definitely won’t stay there again. It certainly could have been worse, but there are better options for the price.

Very friendly staff especially the afternoon sweet young female attendant at the desk. Didn’t catch her name but she was on duty afternoons the week of our stay. Long hair. Beautiful smile! Not a lot of parking. Limited outside cameras. Fridge is SUPER TINY and didn’t stay cold. To stay for a week there should be a bigger fridge that actually holds temps. I could hear room that had the adjoining doors conversations like he was in our room.

At the facility I was told to pay 150 and 50 dollars refundable deposit up to now I never received my deposit and I left the room with no damage I always check the room before I left the hotel,

Nice hotel, great area, close to the highway. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean no issues there. Overall, comfortable stay.

The coffee/hot water bar was not maintained throughout the day, so we had to reheat our drinks in the microwave in our room.

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff, especially Ms. Martha in the kitchen, was wonderful and they all made every effort to make our stay special. The coffee/hot water bar was not maintained throughout the day, so we had to reheat our drinks in the microwave in our room.

There were stains on everything. Room had a strong mildew smell. Towels were dingy.

Great location when playing at Lakepoint. Clean rooms with plenty of space.

The location of the hotel The configuration of the room (TV was not in front of the beds or the sofa), dirty towels, slow drainage of the sink near the bathroom and there was a bug in the tub. The television had a welcome message to some other guest and when I tried to call the front desk from the room, I kept getting a hangup/disconnect, so the front desk called me on my cellphone instead of talking to me from the front desk phone.
