The King size bed was so very comfortable. Our room (Bramble) was perfect for us. Quiet, comfortable, clean and perfect. Breakfast offered a great choice. My husband had the full English Breakfast and I had the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. So good! There is nothing we did not like.

The breakfast is fantastic

Great location for exploring Keswick. Breakfast was very good. Parking is on the street, you need to find a space! Fortunately a nearby holiday let wasn't occupied so I parked there.

Very nice la decorate. Liked having gathrrinh space for TV. Room was cozy. People were great. Room needed a little more cleaning atyention, vacuming.

The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and delicious cooking, served in a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Nice lounge. Location is perfect - near town center and parks. Laundromat just a short walk away. Great breakfast! Comfortable bed. Graham and Matthew were terrific! Nice bathroom amenities. Bathroom was a bit tight, but not unusual for Europe. Our room’s carpet could use a cleaning.

Great location and very cosy. The parking situation was a bit difficult (a Keswick wide issue).

Beautiful and historic building that felt like home away from home. We enjoyed meeting our host, Lucy, and felt welcomed right away. Breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely dining room. Great location within walking distance to the town center, lake and restaurants!

Location was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent and the staff are lovely. Special mention for Graham. He'd only been there 6 weeks but is a true asset. Very warm, friendly and informative Nothing to say here.

Charming, clean and comfortable

So much character and a lot of thought put into this place. Even the poem a day book in the hallway! What a lovely thought. I only encountered staff upon check out and they seemed absolutely delightful. I stayed in a single room and it was perfectly cosy and comfortable. The toiletries were luxurious and you can even buy them if you want to. They smelt soo good and if I wasn’t traveling light I’d have been very tempted. Very looked after hotel :) It was hard to find my room (I arrived after check in time but after going out for dinner, I couldn’t find it again). Love the room names but having them numbered and in order would also be helpful due to the double stair case. Got very confused!

Location was literally around the corner ftom the town centre. Street parking can be an issue depending when you arrive, however if you’re patient you normally find a space. Rooms clean & comfortable & possibly the best range of toiletries I’ve ever seen in the bathroom. Plenty of tea & coffee in bedroom, replenished daily. All the staff were so friendly & passionate about providing the best possible service to the guests. Great choice at breakfast. Hot food freshly cooked to order. Fabulous host in Lucy. Definitely will be back again. Nothing
