Nice location close to the town center&main bus stops but on a perfectly peaceful street. Wonderful ambiance and a very warm welcome by the host. The room is extremely homelike and cozy, even equipped with a cute herdy sheep. Nice Breakfast cooked by the wonderful host Amy with a range of choices. Many handmade&local stuff throughout the stay, from the body lotion&shampoo to certain furniture, which adds the truly local feel.

We both loved our stay here. Friendly hosts, convenient central yet quiet location, room was clean and well-outfitted with tea, coffee, and toiletries. The breakfast was outstanding and I was very touched when the hosts noticed that I didn't eat my fried tomato the first two mornings (I don't like them) and omitted it from my plate on the third morning. Overall, great attention to detail, above and beyond expectations :) The only notable thing I didn't like is that the shower head was fixed with no handset, making it a little difficult to rinse soap off

It was spotlessly clean, in a great location, with a good sized single room and generous ensuite bathroom. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were the best- fresh, healthy and delicious with so much choice! Nothing!

Amy was lovely, super friendly and gave great advice/ recommendations for our stay. Plenty of breakfast choice and the food was delicious. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for anyone spending a few days in Keswick!

Lovely clean friendly comfortable b and b, had everything you need, tea, coffee, fresh milk every day. Toiletries, hairdryer. Very close to main street. Hard to park, had driven round till a place became empty.
