The location was amazing! The parking was great. The staff was exceptional. The bed was so comfy! The bike rental was super convenient. It had a strange smell to it…

Location is great The smell of sulfur was horrendous to the point I got a headache a couple times. Air unit in room wasn’t working but a window AC unit was in before our arrival. While at the pool the exhaust vent in bathroom fell down and was hanging and also an arm on the rocking chair outside kept falling off, however, maintenance was there quickly to fix everything!!! So, no complaints! Staff awesome and friendly!!

The location of the guest house is exceptional. The a/c couldn't keep up with the hot weather. We were located in the back of the building where all the smells of the food truck made it stink. There was constant activity from workers. There's a dip in the bricks that hold water and if you don't see it you get a wet foot.

This is a beautiful property. We were in a great location near to all attractions but it was calm and quiet at night. Lovely room and great little pool area to cool down. Nothing, can’t fault it
-
We got the 2 queen beds room, it is big, clean and beautiful. There is free parking which is a huge plus point. The southernmost point is right at the corner, we went there at 7am to take pictures and avoid the long lines Nothing

Loved the room and the breakfast. Everything was top notch. Location great as right on Duval Street and close to the water. The fireworks were beautiful over the water! Well beyond the resort's control but the seaweed was causing a terrible smell the whole time we were there and the it was crazy hot outside; we limited our outside time to mornings and early evenings.

Loved this place and will absolutely make this my go to spot from now on. The bed is so comfy and breakfast was excellent.

We like special clean Breakfast if yummy

Free breakfast We were not expecting the horrible stench from the seagrass near the Inn. Smelled like a sewer pipe broke and we were not able to enjoy the balcony, pool, or garden bar because of it was unbearable. Fortunately the upper end of the island didn’t smell and we spent most of the time north but didn’t get to make the most of the stay and therefore it wasn’t worth the money.

Location was excellent. It was close enough to walk to and far enough not to be bothered by all the foot traffic I walked everywhere but there are local spots close if you want to rent a scooter or cart. The stinky seaweed, but it didn't wreck my days and after a few days I didnt notice it too much.
