The staff were amazing, always helpful, cheerful, kind and warm. The food was excellent quality. Cleanliness top of the top. It’s right by the sea - no hussle to reach the beach. No changing cabins at the beach, nor a shower…

The staff were friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was definitely the best among all the hotels we've been to. there's nothing that we didn't like at the hotel. Everything is great.

Nice hotel location directly at the beach incl sun chairs. Very nice view to the sea from our room. Diverse food options for every taste. Facilities very dated; rooms have no basic amenities like shaving kit, hygiene kit, dental kit. Beds quite uncomfortable. No free shuttle to nearby locations. No billard table, no proper beauty salon but some basic beauty services only.

I really liked the hotel. Wonderful beach, clean rooms and very friendly hotel staff. Especially the waiters in the restaurant. I will definitely come again. -

Nice 5 star all inclusive, we arrived on the first day of the season. So all the restaurants were closed (opened on the next day). Bar stuff were very plesent and friendly! All stuff were pleasant to our requests. A great all inclusive experience, beautiful beach. Would love to come again!

Buffet food pretty good - lots of choice. A la carte restaurants more hit and miss. Room a bit old fashioned but very comfortable bed and lots of space Cafe under the tree very cute Excellent coffee Noisy room from the road and surrounding rooms not soundproofed at all Staff seemed tired and overworked Queues for meals at busy times Never any seats for music in bar of an evening Pool area really ugly and not a nice place to sit Beach run down and not clean - cigarette butts etc everywhere. Broken and uncomfortable sun loungers Drinks a bit disappointing- cocktails lacking alcohol and made in a hurry. Better in main bar but still not great. Ingredients often run out so limited choices.

Lovely selection of places to eat (& drink) in addition to usual buffet restaurant. Location great ... right on beach which also had hotel beach bar and pizzeria. Also able to catch boat from beach to various destinations (such as Rhodes Town, Lindos). Low rise, village feel was pleasant. Went wakeboarding (not inclusive) but was good fun. The complex is looking a little tired (if you've been to other Mitsis Hotels such as those on Kos - you may notice it). Our room (Seaview) was near a main building AirCon Unit so quite noisy when sat on balcony- but we did get used to it. Really only 1 pool ( the others are more like splash pools)... but we didn't use the pool as beach is so close and was our favourite spot. There is a watersport centre on beach though not much is inclusive. We used windsurf kit (kit is tired - fine for beginners).

Our room was great, we had booked a family garden view but had good sea views. The room was modern and the divide between the kids ‘bedroom’ and ours was a good idea. We did have quite a few ants but they were tiny and kept to their own business. The A la carte Greek restaurant was lovely. Nicely set out with good food and great views. Also the breakfast option at that restaurant was great although we didn’t know that was an option at the start of our holiday and had to find out for ourselves. The sun loungers were the worst I’ve ever encountered and, when we were there (school holiday season), there was a massive shortage of towels around the pool. We couldn’t get towels for the first day or 2. I really didn’t rate the beer either. I’m not a fan of all inclusive and things like this beer is why. I grabbed a few Mythos from the shop for the room and they were so much nicer than the bottled beer in the room and draught beer around the hotel.

Special mentions to Georgia, concierge at reception. She was amazing! and made our trip for sure. The gentlemen who helped with the suitcases and saved our Hermit crab too ;o) (long story!) The bar staff on the beach also amazing at the Rodos Village end of the bar. Chris and Stefano getting a special mention. The room service was great too. some staff in the restaurant were a little less welcoming, for a 5* would have expected more attention at the tables, clearing etc. the Good certainly outweighed the bad and generally you could not ask for better people than those in Rhodes. Sunbeds need sorting they don't stay in position. The food in the restaurant was repetitive and ok standard.
