I think perspective is the most important factor when it comes to these reviews: we were looking for a family experience, an all inclusive resort suitable for our 9 and 6 year old boys. Low stress, low activities, just rest and relaxation. Beach and air conditioning were the most important thing for us. We booked through booking.com with a promo I had and then was able to bid for an upgrade and won. The staff has been very very cordial, polite and helpful all around. The room: we got a room in the newer part of the hotel and it was worth it. Comfortable, clean, the AC blasted (important to us) The old part of the hotel doesn’t look great. The hotel: it worked for us. It is not the most fabulous luxury experience by any means. But it is not a 3 star as the reviews suggest. It is nice. Note: in the newer part of the hotel only. The beach: we went in July and there was PLENTY of space always at all times of the 10 days we were there. We always got space there. Again the beach was the most important thing for us. The food: I tried very hard to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s not good it just isn’t. By day 2 I just treated it as a wellness experience and ate only fruits and veg. Made myself sandwiches. I booked all of the specialty restaurant months in advance on the app because I read and saw online you have to. Effectively if you don’t have a reservation you’re out of luck. The buffet closes from 10:30-12:30 and the only option on site is the creperie which is good for sweets not good for savory. The beach bars/restaurants were consistently good quality. I am not sure what these bad photos are but the pizza, Asian and salad bad on the beach are high quality every day. Note: the beach is not easily accessible if you want to go get a quick bite it’s not quick. Disappointed by the food unfortunately. The bars: always a wait, but goes by fast and the quality is fine. Iced coffee delicious. Aperol delicious. The rest is off brand liquor. I had such a great stay here! Everything was spot on—the food was really tasty, and the staff were just amazing. Super friendly and always ready to help

The hotel was amazing, everything from the pools to the gardens and all the facilities looks great, and makes your stay as premium as it should be. The family suite location around the pool is great and makes a lot of sense, the kids loved it! the family suite have only one bath and toilets, for family of 5 it was little intense. Also, the hotel area is really big, and there are lot of walking.. If you wish to wait for the pickup electric car, you can.. but it may take some time, especially when the hotel is fully booked.

The rooms were refurbished. Clean and comfortable Some of the restaurants were too busy to accommodate us. it would of helped to tell us in advance that we needed to book

food was not as expected, better skip the food there and eat outside

Very clean Location too many stairs

Hotel was mainly clean and relaxing. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast and the buffet was absolutely awful and very limited. It didn’t help that you could only book the 3 restaurants once, this resulted in barely being able to eat on the remaining two days. The food weren’t very Greek either! The room was lovely however only had 1 mirror which was in the bathroom, and could sometimes be inconvenient. They also didn’t change the bedsheets not once while we stayed as the same stain was left on the bedding since our arrival.

The hotel is pretty designed and wants to show that they are of a higher level. The rooms are pretty and good in size. Cocktails and wines are good tasting. Most areas are dirty and the especially so the restaurant where it is a game of not staining your clothes from the disgusting pillows on the chairs. The lines are a joke to both food and drinks, very bad organized. Quality of the food is just passable, not enjoyable. At the beach the chairs look like they might have survived a hurricane, the toilets are the mosh disgusting I have ever seen.

Almost always space around the pool which was nice. And the music on the beach in the evenings was nice. Couldn't get bookings for the a la carte restaurants, they were always full.

The rooms were lovely, the infinity pool and the grounds were really lovely too Lots of steps and some areas were slippy

  • Engine customer Aug 2024

The staff are incredible. Aadnan who helped us to our room was wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. The pools are lovely, a la carte restaurants are delicious but not many tables. The buffet isn’t great, you can’t take food to the sun loungers & the a la carte restaurants get very full very quickly so light bites are a real struggle. When you have lots of small children to contend with it gets tricky.

    All inclusive Qualité du personnel

  • Engine customer Aug 2024

Pool and gym Food was not much of a selection and restaurant staff were not pleasant

  • Engine customer Aug 2024

There are good pools and the a la carte restaurants were nice. The food in the main restaurant is not great and not much options for breakfast. The staff are rude and does not want to help. The fans in many rooms do not work. Some rooms are dated with faulty ACs and fans. We had to move 3 rooms in 2 days! It is very far from the airport and not much available near the hotel as it is in a remote place. It is definitely not up to 5star standard.
